I was charged a tip after I had declined to leave one. That is illegal to do. It is considered stealing and will be taking legal action.

Just rec'd CC statement and found a 28.2% tip added to my bill. I paid $17.27 for meal and had $4.87 tip which I would not give unless I had excellent table service which is not the case here. I did not leave a tip since I brought 10 people in after a musical and we had to stand on line to give our orders. Wendy S, the server took my order and my catfish & shrimp dinner was just okay. Fried catfish was paper thin. I do not appreciate an order taker adding a tip without my knowledge, shame on you Wendy! You did nothing but take my order!
