Ate at Chilli's with my granddaughter and Daughter. 3/15/24. It was very nice. Our waiter was very nice. The manager came by to see how things were. We laughed and had good food.

Horrible service. Never order from them. Ordered a pretty big order and they forgot more than 3 items, messed up the orders that did get here. They said they couldn’t bring the items they forgot and that we had to resubmit a new order. Everything was just horrible.

Horrible service !!! I ordered through door dash and when my food arrived I was missing half of my order. On top of that I called the restaurant to let them know that I was missing half of my order & the woman that answered the phone told me that she messed up the order and she couldn’t send anyone to deliver the rest of it. Horrible service !!

I dont know how to say this but honestly this is the most amazing restaurant ever. I know that sounds crazy, it's just a Chili's, but what started off as a 'cheap way to get a struggling new home owner a good meal every once in a while' has turned into a great place to bring family, and an actual experience! The people here are amazing! I'm always welcomed in with open arms and the service is above amazing! No matter the mood of the week the people are always excited to see me and give a quick conversation! Yes to some people it's just chilis but to me, it's my chilis! The perfect place to decompress, eat good food, and talk to amazing people!
My Husband and I went to this Chili's for Date Night. What a horrible experience, 1st Both soups were cold so I ordered salads, then it took a bit obviously our food was about to come out so I got the salads to go, then got my Chicken Ranch Quesadillas that came out over cooked with no sauce. The Managers solution to this was a $5. Gift Card (What a Joke!) for ruining my Date Night. All the Money we spend at Chili's, Family Gatherings, Date Night, etc and I Get a $5. Gift Card which I will just give away to some Homeless person to enjoy. Wow Thanks Chili's ? P. S I am a Food Critic that shares my Restaurant experience's with other's! Also in addition to this my Son who accompanied us got food poisoning from their Hamburgers, he believes it was left out or way under-cooked this place is very unsanitary plates and dirty tables ?
