These people have thee worst attitudes and customer service. I asked to speak to a manager after having my food thrown around. Manager was no better! The food isn’t all that either for the price.
I'm not surprised this store has such low reviews. I went in at around 4:00 p.m. on February 26th and there was no one at the register to help me pay for my sofritos bowl for over 10 minutes. When I finally sat down I had eaten a few bites of it. When I found chicken in my order I went up to the general manager Maria to ask for a refund and she argued with me about it for over 10 minutes before the horrible district manager came out and told her to just do it. She proceeded to give me my $20 refunds all in coins even though I paid with a $20 bill. The reason I asked for a refund is because I'm a vegetarian and I get violently sick when I eat meat. They put meat in my vegetarian food and refused a refund. No one here apologized, everyone was rude. It was not busy. I would have stayed and called the police but I started feeling sick and had to go to the hospital. If my condition changes for the worse, there will be a massive lawsuit.

Who runs this place? I literally spent $25 on two meals . I get home and my daughter’s chicken kids meal has NO CHICKEN . It was literally 8:30 and I got the last of the steak . In my bowl literally only 5 pieces of steak COLD food at that. The place had all the red flags . DIRTYYYYYY . Never again coming here .

My order was not on the mobile order pickup shelf. So I waited in line patiently to ask for my order. The employee directed me to the cashier to ask for the order. I told him, no, and asked him to bring me the order. I understand most people cut the line and ask for their mobile order. Am I supposed to know that? That's a problem. If you're not going to utilize the mobile pickup shelf, come up with a plan to direct your customers where to pick up their order.
They say they close at 10, but I wouldn't go there after 8:30pm. The 4 times I've been there after 8:30, they were didn't have 3/4 of their meats or veggies, and they didn't have black beans.I just walked out the last 2.You pretty much can only get chicken, and most likely you won't be able to get 2 or 3 of the toppings you like.

The server messed up my bowl immediately when he literally only had TWO BOWLS to make in front of him!!! I walked the hell outta there once the other guy said he said they ran out of brown rice and steak, screw this place.
big girl w the glasses and curly hair has the worst attitude and was shorting everyone’s bowls, the bowls she was serving were half empty.
