I don’t know how this place has 5 stars. The food is bland, and fish was over cooked. We drove too far away to turn around and take it back. The manager or cook. Yelled at the cashier. He was clearly overwhelmed. Waste of $35

They close early and open late and never answer the phone to take orders. Horrible service.I love their food but they are completely horrible when it comes to customers service
I don’t know what is happening with the new cashier. Every time I call in an order it’s never right. I have her repeat the order over the phone and when I go to pick up my order it’s incorrect. Bad Service over all.

I ordered here and they told me the wait would be 10-15 minutes. I thought that was fine and came back 15 minutes later. When I arrived I was told they hadn't even put my ticket up so I would have to wait 15 more minutes. Whilst I was there it happened to another customer as well and it wasn't even that busy. The food was okay. If I could give this place a 0 stars i would. Def do not recommend... They didn't even give us extra sauce for the inconvenience.

Not much to look at, but the tempura chicken is delicious (albeit a bit greasy) and the price is very reasonable even given recent inflation.

came in Friday to get food ordered then was told they were out of rice. ok could get refund came back next day would not give me food. so no refund and no Food. I just wanted some fried rice. Not gonna say anything about the food. it's good but the service sucks and there is usually only 2 people there. why is it so dirty. This place has gone down hill. Don't think I'll be back.

The food is very good.Their service is really bad! I love the chow mein and their chicken its been 4 times i have gone to get chow mein around 4 pm they tell me they have none. They need to cook more chow mein! Phone service is bad. They need to have other employees.
