Today I ordered a Delivery, they left the food on the floor and did not ring the doorbell. The pizzas were damaged. I made a complaint and went looking for new pizzas. When I got home they gave me what was not the case. At least the Manager was very friendly.

I surprise to see the rude way of speaking by one of the girl employee when I asked store manager offer written on the sign board. She said that is not the offer in store. I questioned why so beautifully written on the sign board Manager special. It doesn’t read only online! She replied they didn’t change it! Never expected from brand Domino to treat the customer with unpleasant behavior. This employee should have honored the offer written on the sign board. They must remove from the sign board to avoid confusion to walk in customers. Hope some one from higher management look in to this and guide them to remove the sign if they are not honoring? Thank you. I had to go back and order on line and wait for the pizza wasting time in the car.

I ordered a Pan pinanapple ham pizza, it was here in no time, the driver was very friendly, but the pizza wasn't hit, had very little sauce & ingredients on it. it had no flavor to it at

It wouldn’t let me pay online but had zero issues in store they were the total opposite of Pizza Hut, Domino’s was helpful, kind knowledgeable and unlike pizza but. Dominos will get my business. After being treated as bad as I was with the other pizza place I appreciate everything. I really enjoy being able to customize the pasta unlike the hut where you get frozen nonsense.

I ordered my pizza today from work at a online order to be scheduled for drop off at 12:30pm waited until that time as i am getting notifications about the pizza saying its in the neighborhood however i put details on where and who to ask for on the order somehow Dominoes seem to deliver to 1204 some address i have no idea and im sure no one there had my name how did 1204 be anything near to 902 address however I called Dominoes after waiting for my order to see what was going on the so called manager there said that he was going to call him to see where he was at then he said he was 5 mins away I was patient and said ok another 30 mins go by no food contacted Dominoes again not to mention trying to find the number for this location online is not good at all so i tried to go to the app it had logged me out if i hadnt contacted them they were just going to keep my money with me no food anyways I finally got in touch with the right location same guy this time said he would remake it and the order would be free i was like ok still waiting on my order now its 12:45pm called back to see where he was he said the driver was 5 mins down the road making another stop i was patient the driver gets there with my food i asked him was this free because of there miss happ and of what the guy told me he said he didnt know the food was soggy and barely hot I told him i would of done better coming to pick it up and he said that they were short staffed and that he didnt want to take up for him i said ok i understand i told him i would call the store to see i called the store back and asked the same guy about if it was free after all i got my food at 1:30pm and he handed it to a stranger and not me he HAD NERVE TO SAY HE DID ALL HE COULD DO TO HELP ME AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE..I called the store back and am making a compliant and no one should be treated as I was when i was very nice when they kept messing up and not good to argue when someone is telling you what they put down as there drop off address because its not always the customers address should pay more attention and if he is the manager he should not be allowed to do that!!!!
