The Supervisor/Manager is extremely rude, she had the worst attitude when I tried to place my order over the phone, she refused to give me her name hanging up on me twice. Unfortunately I did not place my order because of her customer service.

I ordered a baked well done medium pizza with just 3 toppings, the dough was still mostly raw. That’s right, an extra baked pizza was still raw. When I called about it they sent a replacement… after making sure it was baked extra… the replacement arrived still partially raw. Baking pizza is literally their one job. Both pizzas were baked extra and they somehow still didn’t manage to cook them all the way, twice!TLDR: extra baked pizza was still raw, replacement extra baked pizza was also still raw. Pizza place can’t cook pizza ?♂️

I have only ordered from here a handful of times, but this last time my pizza was not cooked all of the way. I only ate the topping because the dough was not cooked. I wish I could get refunded with a remake of the same pizza fully cooked.

Don’t order food from here, they forgot one of my items in my order and I though I would be receiving back a freshly made lava cake but turns out the delivery person came back and said “she forgot it in the box” which I understand if you are rushing but for it to look like this is not acceptable.I called and let them know and they said they would “credit it” but I would have to drive and pick it up , when I payed extra fees for my food to get delivered.This does not look appetizing and especially that I have to stop what I am doing here at work for this to get fixed and it has not. I expect for my order to be here complete especially paying extra for delivery.
