By far the best Mexican food and house margaritas....WOW!! I love Mexican food and have eaten at many different restaurants but Don Arturo’s is at the top of my list. The food is amazing, service is excellent, and didn’t get me started on the house margaritas. The selection of different tequila’s is also unlike anything else you’ll find elsewhere. Note: Make sure you have a DD when you go.

Great place! Food was amazing and service very personal. I really enjoyed just eating and hanging out with Joe, the singer giving his best performance. Manager came out and made us feel at home.

At the first moment you arrive in this restaurant the stuff gives you a pleasant feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a happy place to pass time with friends or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, creative chief cook and stuff, modest pay and professional service. Warmly recommended.

Definitely a bar focused restaurant. But the food was very good with large portions, and very reasonable prices. Despite the bar taking up half the space there was plenty of seating and was family friendly. They seemed to be understaffed for a Saturday but there was no unreasonable wait times. Overall, pretty good.

After 2 really good experiences there (the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star), I was blown away last weekend. We took my mother in law there for her birthday dinner. They were not busy at all and had a nice singer / entertainer there. But the service and food were horrible....waitress got almost everything wrong....brought us the wrong appetizer and never brought the right ones, so we canceled them...3 of 5 entree orders were wrong...enchiladas were cold...fajitas were flavorless...queso was grainy and plain. I asked for the manager and her "solution" was a $20 gift card....on a $120 tab! At the point I asked for the manager, this waitress stopped coming to our table...so then I had to go to the bar to pay my check! This experience, especially the attitude, was so bad that I seriously doubt we'll be back.

Nothing special here. Very average fare. When the chips are the best part of the meal, you might want to reexamine. Just a ho hum experience going through the motions. Sorry, but my hard earned money means more to me than this.

Decided to try this place as had heard the food was decent. We went this past Saturday around 6:30, which was also national Margarita day. We walked in and the restaurant was somewhat busy but had several open tables. We waited almost 20 minutes and never had one word said to us, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Maybe they don't believe in a host, or maybe their host called out, bottom line really couldn't care less how good their food or drink might be if their service is do lacking that they cannot even take the time to acknowledge customers.

We were excited to try, but never got the chance! Walked in last night (3 of us) and were never seated. No one greeted us or said a word. We were looked at by several servers and someone we thought might be a host but nothing. As the 8 minutes ticked by we went from wanting to seek out a manager, to wanting to walk out and never return. We chose the latter.

Went for brunch and the food was good, and reasonable, but service was super slow the whole way. Slow to order, show to arrive, and show with the check. Still process and quality were such that I'll probably revisit to give a second chance on speed

First time trying this place tonight and will not be back. Hostess was not welcoming to start. Waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. Almost left then but still wanted to know if food was good. It wasn't. My wife got the fajitas and they had no flavor. Beans were burnt. Waiter was good and working hard but they are understaffed.

Food was very tasty and the atmosphere was nice. Not the greatest service so that’s why only 4 stars. I will definitely go back again though and give it another try.
