Honestly I don’t like leaving reviews like this but the service today was just horrible, they gave me the wrong order which is fine it happens so I took it back to have it remade and waited 15 mins and nothing went back to ask for the food and they forgot to remake it. At that point I just requested a refund. During the time of this you can see the kids in the back just grabbing the burgers with no gloves and opening them up to check them. There was 2 other customers that came back in the location with the wrong order themselves. The staff working were completely unwelcoming and rude. If you don’t want to work then find a different job.

I have been to this place in the last two weeks at least twice. Today was the worst horrible service I ever had. I went through the drive-through, was very specific with my order and the young people that they have working here are very unpleasant. I don’t know if it’s the parents or management but these kids need to do better. After explaining to them they still got my order wrong when I asked a question and let them know what they did wrong all the kid did was shake his head and wave the receipt in my face. I asked to speak to a manager She rectified the issue and then I told her that they need to train them how to speak with the customers. Once I got home all of my fries were greasy and thrown in the bag not even in the fry bag. The food was very disappointing on top of the bad service. When I called The manager supposedly hung up the phone by accident I called again it was off the hook she never help me about the fries that was very soggy. Horrible service will never go back.

I'm going to have to disagree on this one. When I say just another unseasoned sonic burger that's exactly what it is. Read the comments and wanted to try. First, my food wasn't fresh after an hour and a half or so of opening, so disappointing. Second, I ordered all burgers a certain way all with no onions but had pieces of onions on my burger like it's being rushed to be made. Not one but two times! The tator tots taste like it came out of old grease. After I brought it to their attention. This caucasian guy with violet colored short hair and african american girl with long faux locs were at the drive thru window. The guy act like he couldn't understand when I asked for fresh food and no onions to touch my burgers, so the girl told the people to hold on in her headset leaned down and ask me what was the problem as if she were intimidating someone with some sort of an attitude, after I already explained what was wrong. Anywho, the same guy from the window came out with my food and I noticed his shirt is filled with hair front and back and he choose to have an attitude giving me my food. I TRIED IT, DISAPPOINTED AND RESPECTFULLY WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Food was really good. Fries were slightly over done but still good. Burger was amazing. The downfall was the wait. It took over 20 mins for me to get my food. I went through the drive thru and there were a few cars. I found out that they made orders fresh. So for me the wait is worth it if you have the time.
