So I called back and they said they were having phone issues but they were laughing. Not sure what was going on as I've never encountered this before so I asked to speak with a manager and then the line hung up again. Just giving you guys a heads up. I love the food I eat here once if not twice a week.

I was excited to try Hawaii Bros for the first time. Kept seeing so many appetizing and full plates reviews. I ordered through uber eats and was disappoint when I opened the box. Was expecting a bigger protein portion. I had order pineapple and did not receive it.Overall the food was just ok. Rice was dry. Macarroni salad was ok. Expecting a juicy chicken or more sauce. Not to my liking. Definetly wont be ubering or stopping by the restaurant again.

I ordered delivery from here, and I was very pleased at how much delicious food I got for the price. I got the mixed plate because it was hard to choose what flavor of chicken I wanted, and I loved both the Kilauea and Honolulu chicken. Portions were very generous.The macaroni salad and rice that came with was very tasty as well. I'd like to visit in person next time!

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Best macaroni salad!!! The meat was SO tender . This place is amazing!! I loved the flavor. The veggies were fresh and CRUNCHY ! Very well executed. THANK YOU !!! Now I'm going to have to buy a tshirt from them !

Got this mixed classic box with Huli and molo, just had to stop take a picture of the food before it’s gone. Honestly such a good spot to get food from, thank you so much for this awesome food. Will be ordering more from y’all.

Got the Molokai chicken and it was delicious. There aren’t many Hawaiian food options in the area so I’m happy this chain opened during the pandemic. Employees were very sweet too. Mirian was especially welcoming and kind to us!
Hawaiian Bros in Addison absolutely superb a definite must stop. Lake Punch the GM (yes that's his name) and his whole team were amazing. The moment I walked in they definitely set the tone for a fun and family welcome. First time being here and I will be returning soon with others. Thanks for the experience.5 stars all the way

Foods good just overpriced for drive through so not really worth it. Too much rice..That's cheap food. Y'all should look into selecting other sides

I usually don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was just so odd and not good. First of all - THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. I came to this location thinking it was a Hawaiian bros island grill restaurant, like all of the other ones where you can order, sit down, eat,etc. No, this is an online food hub pickup. They have about 8-10 restaurants that you can order online from and then you pick up at this location. The front desk staff were not friendly and not helpful. I ended up just getting spam musubi, and unfortunately this was the worst spam musubi I have ever had. Not sure if I would return to a real Hawaiian bros location or not, but definitely wouldn't come back to this one.
