The guy working the drivethru at night is the rudest, most disrespectful person I've ever met, from snapping his fingers and saying hey pay attention while I'm trying to set my drink down, to his shitty attitudes when you ask for sauce for nuggets. Dude needs to be fired for real.

Every time I order something online I don’t get the other item I ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito combo and one meat lovers burrito individual one and I just got the combo they charged me for the 5 dollars

The inside is still completely closed off… just kind of surprising this far after the pandemic. Food was fine. One small error, not a big deal. I ordered through the app and specifically made sure that nothing was added in “add utensils”, and yet we still received napkins, plastic ware, and several packets of mustard (not any ketchup - I don’t use either but I just thought it was funny. Nobody ever gives out random mustard???). I’m only mentioning because if customers are given the option to OPT OUT of single use plastics, companies should honor that request.

The cashier at the drive through window was very professional, nice and quick. The food was fresh and hot the only problem I have is how long it took to get through that drive-through I'm assuming they must be short staff to understand, however I have a great experience overall except the time setting in the drive-through.

Went through drive thru did not get greeted or acknowledged for a few minutes. Once received my food ask for hot sauce and the girl threw the hot sauce in the bag like it was such a bother. If you’re so happy with your job maybe change your profession.

Ordered food on 01/02/23. Jumbo Jack with Cheese and Curly fries. The burger was cold, and the cheese didn't even have a chance to melt, so it was cold as well. I can't say that the food did it, but I had stomach issues about an hour after eating here. I'll pass on this location.

Fries were cold, also found a long greasy disgusting peace of hair in my chicken tender, andd I asked for chicken teriyaki sauce multiple times with my number 16 bowl but it included 0 chicken teriyaki sauce packets. Do better.

Lets begin by if I could give 0 stars I would. I went thru the drive thru and was given my order and never paid attention to them not giving me a receipt nor my card back. Well when I realized it I immediately called and after a few tries someone answered I explained that I couldve left my card there and she said no that nothing was left behind. Second try I called and mentioned I’ve looked thru my bags and inside my car since I never got out of it and no receipt nor my card was found. Once again she how long ago did you come? I said no more than 20 minutes well she was able to locate my receipt but still no card. After about 30 minutes she contacted me saying a customer had found my card in the parking lot. Im confused at this point because I went thru the drive thru not the lobby but anywho I go back for my card and i ask for my receipt and was told the worker had left and they couldnt give me a receipt. So I ask for their store location number and guy says its 7 11 I think. So at this point im afraid they could’ve tooken a picture of my card and made all this up. So id appreciate if someone can contact me directly in accordance to this matter. Thank you.

Worst Drive Through Ever Worst Employee Did not give me recepit and wrong names and wrong location number very bad customer service and very dam rude do mot ever recomend
