I’m not rating the atmosphere because I went through the drive thru. The food quality at this location never disappoints. The employees are all young and seem to be laid back but they definitely remain respectful and attentive no matter the time of day I pop in.

Egg rolls were burnt and the burgers had so much old grease taste like they aren't cleaning the grill they should. Eating it made me sick. They were out of almost every drink too. The entire store smelled like old burnt grease.

This is not a one time visit. I am usually there 2-3 times a week. The staff is always professional and usually take care of issues when they arise. I know most of them from frequent visits. Just a all around good place to stop for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

The manager is way disrespectful. I will be calling the corporate. Jack in the box should be ashamed of your self to have a employee that don’t have manner that don’t know how to deescalate situation as a store manager!
