We go to this jack in the box probably 2/3 times a month for the past year or so. Usually only at night between 1am-4am because my husband gets off late. We always order thru the app. Even if there’s multiple cars in the drive through they’re always very fast. Great staff. Foods always been good and accurate. never had any issues. 10/10 location :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldI just left this place and ordered a large amount of tacos, so when I went to the window the little boy asked if I would like sauce I said yes please a lot of taco sauce and buttermilkWe get our order and check it and have one buttermilk so I wait for him to come back to the window so I can ask for more he completely ignores me another guy had to come to the window while the other guy was literally right thereSo we ask the other guy that came up to us for more buttermilk gives me 2 and when I asked for more said it was going to be extra ( which we didn’t mind paying)Just don’t understand why the first boy couldn’t tell usThen the manager comes to the window rude saying what do I want like huhSomething so small that could have been easily resolved from the beginning escalatedNever will be going there again

I’m not sure what is going to take for someone to pay attention to this location. The service is constantly bad! And is the same older Hispanic guy. Works the night shift.Extremely rude, constantly forgets items, doesn’t want to give you the right amount of sauce corresponding to your other. You buy 3 large combos and he only gives you 2 sauces. If you ask for more he wants to overcharge you.After being rude, disrespectful and forgetting food !That’s ridiculous. This person needs to removed from his position. He is not qualified in any way to run a drive thru restaurant. In any way!However owns this franchise will continue to loose business because of this person. Older Hispanic male, runs the drive thru window at the location of first and Kingsley, Garland.As others have described their experience, we come to this location for the proximity, I will not comeback to this location as longest that unqualified individual is there.

If I could I would give zero stars. They are rude as a weekly customer I was feeling sick and stopped to use their restroom I'm in there 2 minutes and they start beating on the door while I'm sick a few.minutes later continuous beating I clean the best I can.and open the door with janitor woman screaming at me what are you doing in there I wont be back I just left she should be fired

I always order from here and never really a bad problem but today i ordered online and half of my order is missing my condiments where not in the bag i called up there several times and of course they wouldnt answer the phone ! My southwest salad is missing from my order and my drink this is ridiculous it literally tells you what someone ordered on the screen and still fail to get it right i havent got a refund or my order correct i will not be returning back to this location as a customer if i could give it zero stars i would !

Ordered all kinds of food and the lady at the drive through was trying to charge $.27 for one ranch ?? got nuggets so I don’t see why she was crying about it. It doesn’t come out of your check girl. Please retrain her as this has NEVER happened at any other jack in the box. Strive for world class service ?

These guys dont even do their jobs correctly. I told the guy at the window multiple times that of what I wanted, and still at the window when I got my food. Nothing was right, they even insulted my dad for how he looked serious another time befire hand.I hate this place and how horrible the food is made.
