I placed an order on the KFC app. This is the first location that has refused to hand me my order in the drive-thru. The employee insisted she could only hand it to me if I parked my car and came inside. I couldn't cancel my order because I already paid for it. I do not understand what the difference is between handing me the bag in my car versus handling me the bag in the lobby. OH, AND INSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT IT SMELLS LIKE A SEWER! It's a very disgusting odor.

Ordered the 20 dollar fill up box .it comes with 4 SAUCES and I didn't get mine.called and spoke to the girl who was very rude and told her the problem and she said it's my fault I forgot.i asked if I could be compensated in some way and she yelled and said NO NOT FOR 4 SAUCES.so I didn't get what I payed for and was denied compensation.not a happy customer..I wonder how many customers they steel from and how much money are they saving by doing so.

I arrived to this location with my daughters to get something to eat for them. As soon as I arrived I notice that there were multiple boxes on the table I was wanting to sit. So I moved the boxes so my daughters and I can sit there. Once I had ordered the food I believe it was the manager rudely asked me saying if I moved the boxes from the table and I stated yes. She than went on to say that we needed that table for the boxes. There were already tables available that she could have used for the boxes but insisted that table. As much as I love the food of kfc I do think the customer service needs some help

This was the worst food I ever had at KFC. My order included an 8 piece hot wings. The wings should not have been served to any one! The were cold hard and dried out. ? They weren't fit to give them away and especially not charge anyone for them. Unfortunately, it's storming outside so I can't take them back right now.

The manager was on sandwich duty & made my wrap incorrect! I literally bit into the spicy wrap and it was just spicy sauce and chicken! When I went back through the drive through to let them know the cashier took my wrap and then handed it to the manager, who then added the slaw and handed me the wrap back bitten and all! Absolutely disgusting! The manager needs to be put back into training to learn about cross contamination as well as proper customer service as she wasn’t too happy about me wanting it remade! Luckily im not sick & I have a clean bill of health but how many other customers has this been done to and they were ok with it? To make matters worse is the fact she is the manager, even the cashier said she would’ve remade it because that’s not standard procedure. And especially not since covid..

Just want to say nice try on the spicy wings, but they're not the hot wings of old not sure what you did with the recipe but the wings I bought this week are not the same. I was looking forward to getting at least two orders a week but after ordering my first and it looks like that will be my last. Someone needs to find the old recipe and bring back those HOT WINGS!!
