Pizza is okay but probably not quality ingredients it's too high priced cashier lady don't speak loud enough not clear or precise if your low on funds maybe this place but if you want better pizza hut ? is the best they are kind of steep but it's worth it for great flavor..wow strolling through reviews one person said a big bug on there pizza when they got home and open box gross and another thing I had to wait a long time I almost said give back my money and left I don't really like them I don't know why I even went and there they unprofessional no mask no gloves no sanitizer..and cashier look frustrated!!

I have been going to this location for 20 years and like every other time, no difference. I ordered a extra most bestest thin crust with extra sauce and they want to charge me 18.00 dollars. When it should have been 10.50. I left. Then I went to the LC on 1835 North Garland Avenue to get one and they wanted to charge me 20.00 dollars. I understand it is a chain but it is the best chain for the price. It has soured me to the point of going out of my way to a mom and pop place to get a pie. Lost a lot g time customer.

i always order my pizza so it can be fresh. the bread was not made right and my pizza is cold. this is what happens when management leaves teenagers to work by themselves.

I don’t know who the manager paid at Google to get a 3.9 rating but I would be so embarrassed to admit it if I ran this location. Zero customer service, everyone in the store is just doing the bare minimum until they can go home. They shut off pickup ordering online so I called the location to place an order, and they literally picked up the phone and breathed into the receiver but said nothing so they could get away with not taking orders. I literally said “I can hear you breathing!” and nothing. Finally go into the store and place the order for just a cheese pizza, she puts in an Extra Most Bestest to try and upcharge me without asking, so I have to correct her that I just want a classic. This is the norm at this location and corporate doesn’t respond to any complaints.

Tried going there was calling to place my order and pick it up on my way home . it rang for 6 min stopped by on my way home phone still ringing ... asked for the manger he's not in. Bad customer service and couldn't get me anyone to talk to as I was there ? I just wanted to get a pizza and take it home and eat while I put up my food I just bought . cant even answer the phone so I could put my order in ???

Really like the new Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza they introduced. Has a different crust to their cheaper pizzas so have been getting it since they introduced it. Went in today, 10/30/2022, and ordered it and even told the girl taking my order how much I liked the crust and it made warming up leftovers really good too. Their cheaper pizzas never warm up well since the crust is not good. So what the hell do I see when I get home but the crust for the cheaper pizzas. Really ticked me off especially as I was just saying how much I liked the better crust. Wouldn't surprise me if they did this just because I said I liked it better. They have also been steadily reducing the amount of pepperoni they are using too as I get less and less each time I order it. Plus I have paid three different prices for the Fanceroni Pepperoni with three different order takers. I always add black olives and jalapenos and I have paid $10.71, over $14.00, and today, $12.71. Seems like they just do whatever they want there and charge whatever they want there. Really crummy service and food.
