The young lady was very rude to my daughter during our order pickup. We have never had a bad encounter until the interaction my daughter had today. After being informed this location know longer has the hot pepper flakes my daughter picked up the order and left the store. Once back in the car I gave her my pizza punch card that didn’t get stamped on the last visit. On that visit the “nice” young lady just said bring it back on your next visit for the 2 punches. But today my daughter was told this location know longer does that here as well. Which is fine but the rudeness in the delivery of information was uncalled for. And my daughter gave the girl a very valuable tip “ work on your customer service”. So maybe this young lady should just work in the “back” away from the public. So that she doesn’t have to spew her rudeness onto others. Its doesn’t take much to be pleasant to others. Mind you know one is perfect but you should ALWAYS BE MINDFUL OF YOUR OWN ACTIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHERS. More when it’s your PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.

I ordered my pizza off of postmates around 6:30 on 10/14, and it said it would be ready by 6:50. When I arrived to pick it up the teen at counter said it just got done cooking. I didn't leave until 7:15. I don't know if they were backed up or they don't know how to manage time very well but I shouldn't have been waiting 25 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and understanding… I ordered their pretzel crust pizza and they originally asked if I wanted cheese or pizza sauce and assumed they meant as a dipping sauce - I chose cheese sauce, to my surprise, 11mins layer I was given a piping hot pizza, that looked delicious and smelled amazing but when I tasted it, it wasn’t as what I was expecting, it was based with cheese sauce … I asked if they could possibly remake it and THEY DID,,, I felt bad for asking but the staff and manager made it super easy to order another with pizza sauce… I’m waiting in my car now for it and I just had to leave this review… I don’t even order from little ceasers often but I highly recommend you come here for your pizza—- friendly staff, fresh pizza and just a very nice experience- long story short they gave me a new fresh pizza with no hassle - A BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF -

I had a gift card that I couldn't enter in the website (doesn't even give you the option to put in a gift card) so I called to apply it over the phone or at least place the order for it to be ready when I get there. I called not once, or twice, or 3 times, but FIVE. TIMES. with the phone ringing for at least 2 minutes each time with no answer whatsoever. What kind of "business" has a phone number that even when you call repeatedly, no one answers. Thankfully, dominos is right next to them and even though it was a little more pricy to get, they at least answered the phone the first time I called to place an order.

The staff at this location care about what they serve!What a refreshing experience in the takeout world. When I showed up to pick up my order, they proudly showed me the pizza was exactly what I wanted and let me know who made it and that they were proud to do a great job ( I had a few specific requests out of the norm for this order).It tasted as good as it looked and for such a decent price in today's ever increasing price point.In a world where fast food comes without care or attention to customer satisfaction. This specific location is a shining star! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again myself.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right in front and plenty of wheelchair room in pickup area.

the most incompetent workers and disgusting environment i've ever been in. to start, i ordered an hour ago and when i arrived they had JUST put my pizza in the oven. no apologies for the wait, no explanation, no discount. someone, who i assume was the manager, kept going between the front and the kitchen. not only was she touching pizzas with no gloves after touching cash, her hair was a mess and she had no hat or hairnet. disgusting. please pull it together. EDIT: i finally got my food and it took forever because the girl who was working up front was fooling around in the back with some guy making the pizzas. she had no sense of urgency and no care in the world. one guy came in because he had received the wrong order and she then took the pizza from him and put it back in their cabinet of orders, without saying a thing to him or even looking him in the eyes. someone received a pizza that could've been touched by a total stranger. when i worked in fast food if we gave out the wrong order we were absolutely NOT allowed to take it back for sanitary purposes. this is appalling.

This Little Ceasers is just terrible…all thick crust, tiny slices because the crust is way too much! if anyplace can mess up a pizza it’s this one! Will contact corporate! Unacceptable!!

Can they ever actually answer the phone? Or is that asking too much from a business that offers pickup?? So now instead of calling ahead for my order with no wait time, I have to go order and wait because they can't just ANSWER THE DOGGONE PHONE. It just rings nonstop and no one even attempts to pick it up anytime you call. Don't get me started on some of the attitudes from some employees, but some are quite nice. I don't like how they discontinued the peppers and other packets of stuff though. That was ignorant. ?
