This location has made huge improvements through the years. Updated inside, added a second ordering speaker. They always get my order right. (Except once, I go to there a lot) so no biggie on that one. Fast, fresh. The prices are a little cheaper than the one on walnut and garland rd as well

Always wrong order , always park you on side , always aggressive bad attitude employees. After denied park since always they park me no matter what i order they said can’t compete order if i don't park. I ask for refund manager no help highly suggest replace that bad potato in your business. My order number #71 @7:34pm 04/06/24 Very bad location do not go there worst experience every time.

After returning home from here I realized I left my debit card. Upon returning I went inside and was totally ignored, no one would ask what I needed or if they could help me with anything. A young man in uniform walked past me twice and I stopped him to ask if he could help me and he gave me a look then the supervisor on duty approached and asked what was going on, I then explained I left my debit card, she stated she had been there since 9am and I explained to her I had just been there 5mins ago. She spoke through her headset and the lm told me no that there was not a card left . I nicely said Thank you and left the store. I’m positive that my card was left behind and it would’ve been nice that it was returned to me and the staff would’ve been more helpful.

I drove to the mcDonalds, parked the car within the immediate vecinity and place my order on the app, then went through drive through...surprise surprise they told me they did not had my order and that another location had it, that i had to drive to the other location to pick up my order!!!! Manager could. Not tell me what happened nor could she help me in any other way shape or form. Wow McDonalds fix your app !!!!

I’ve never ate inside so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere, service is good I love the Hispanic lady she’s so nice! Food? Umm well the best thing I like is ice cream machine works &&& EVERY TIME I mean EVERY TIME we get something THEIR FRIES ARE ALWAYS FRESH!! I guess a con is sometimes we order decent amount of food and we only get 2 napkins I have kids they gonna need more than 2 napkins but it’s 9am right now and I’m craving their fries. Keep up the good work!

Issues with app during drive through, parked for 8 minutes went back through the drive through. She asked twice for code, than had me refresh, than it showed it was used.Drove off parked and went inside to figure out the app face to face
