Got one order wrong with wrong ingredients and missing fries. Did replace the hamburger and apologized for that. I didn't bring up the missing fries, didn't care by that point.

i should’ve went went my first mind& never came to this mcdonald’s it’s go ghetto& unprofessional & they take all day & the food still be cold ..needs new staffing . i asked for my food to be fresh an employee i wasn’t even talking to the lady that said she was on break. then she response you can speak to my manager ..the manager was even more rude an nasty & very sarcastic they took all night to bring my food out when i asked for my food to be fresh & cooked to order they said it was…. my fries was cold & so was my nuggets . asked for no onions on my double cheeseburger . i asked nicely for my food to be fresh then they looked at me like i was wrong … was still rude .its not my fault your in you 50s still doing fast food i didn’t choose that path or career for you . so you’re mad at the wrong person & that’s not how your supposed to treat customers that want to spend there hard earn working money at your establishment. .& for her to be an manger she was very childish .she came outside as if she was going to make it better ..then had other employees come outside instead of her she took atlease 15 mins to come outside .she took so long with the food i waited for here to come outside so i can ask for a refund .she sends out other employees i work fast food as well & that not right . never again will i come here or recommend anyone

Did the survey online about a male worker preparing the food.But this review is for the female manager she was beyond correct on how she handled the customers and being short staffed AND while the cooks were intentionally messing up orders. I overheard the male employee laughing when the manager addressed it with my order. It's sad she has to babysit adults to make sure their not "playing games/pranking". GOOD JOB MAM I don't know her name which is why I uploaded the receipt so y'all can reward her for her great customer service.

She helped me with my difficulty with the app. I was stressed due to my order not showing up but she helped me and demonstrated great problem-solving skills. I think this is one of the best McDonald's I have been to personally , I always get my food on time, drive through is very friendly my food is 9/10 times accurate and i always see employees cleaning the new GM is very helpful and always smiling the best time to go is monday through Friday in the morning they hired new employees and that has made the experience so much better

Drive thru: Had a simple order, one combo meal and a hot fudge Sunday. They weren’t sure what food was mine at the window and when they got it to me the Sunday wasn’t ready so they had me pull forward. I was waiting for 15 minutes before trying to call the store. They refused to answer the phone. I tried calling multiple times for over 5 minutes. By chance they tried to bring me someone else’s food so I could tell them I was still waiting for one hot fudge Sunday for over 20 minutes. At this point a kind worker finally got it to me in less than 3 minutes.

This place likes to play pranks on kids!Second time we have ordered chicken nuggets for our child and instead of chicken nuggets, we find a random food item this time it was an egg mind u it’s wayyy past breakfast timeAnd last time it was tomatoes .The sad thing is that you have already driven away by the time you realize what has happened and your child is not happy .

Beware of this place. The night people do drugs. Theres a black Acura that comes by to deliver drugs. The girl in the red hair is clueless and always on the phone. The manager seems to know what's going on but does nothing. This place needs to either close down or hire a new entire staff. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS...DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS
