Halal, the food is fresh and the food is delicious, the marçimek soup is the best, workers are nice and the atmosphere is quiet and calm.

I found this place on Google searches. Then I looked at the website. I decided to go. I found more than I expected. The bagel was the best bagel I have eaten in America. Its crispness, crunchiness and taste were great. Especially, there is brewed tea that you can go to just to drink tea. Everything is cooked in front of our eyes and everything is sparkling clean. I congratulate Ms. Gülşah and her team with their smiling faces. They also praise the meat bread very much, but I will write about it once I taste it.

Best Turkish food in the area. Beef bread was awesome.
I have been to Noorsha. twice this month and would go even more often if I lived closer. The bakery items are outstanding. I highly recommend the cheese poaca, simit, potato borek and tahin pastry. The ayvalik tost (turkish panini) was also very good. Nevin is very nice and helpful. Don’t let the odd location deter you….check it out….you will be glad you did! Simit freezes well so stock up!
