I love Olive Garden. We've been to this location several times and has always been a good experience. Tonight i ordered on the website for curbside pick up. Everything was packed nicely. The food was good. I tried a new entree, Ravioli Carbonara. The strawberry cream cake is my favorite! the salad was pretty wilted so I picked out all the good parts to make 1 small bowl, and the bread sticks were a little tough. But it won't stop me from continuing to eat here!

Server asked us to order food immediately when seated. No drink order, no looking at the menu, order right now. Server dropped a plate of lasagne close to our table. She picked up a piece of the broken plate and began SCRAPING THE LASAGNE OFF THE FLOOR with it. I took a photo of our “salad.” How much dressing should come on a salad? The server argued with me that the salad had too much dressing. You be the judge.

I returned to day with my kids to use my OG Gift card. Yes, it's the gift card that I received from Olive Garden when they messed up my large Xmas catering order. Yes it was nice to receive a GC BUT what I would rather have is an enjoyable meal without errors. First my wife ordered a Chardonnay and asked for Kendall Jackson and our server didn't know what brands they carried. My son ordered a Stella Artois and the server asked "what is that"? Ok I can understand that she may be new but not knowing the menu is Server 101 training. Server was very nice just untrained. We had 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals. Both kids meals were the same so WHY DID 1 kids meal come out BEFORE the salad yet the 2nd kids meal came out with the adult entrees. Always fun when one child has to share their meal b/c they both were hungry. Again, kitchen made a mistake. BUT why is there a CALL SERVER button on the table kiosk IF EVERY SINGLE employee that walks by the table IGNORES the RED FLASHING LIGHT!!! Shouldn't the other servers and hosts that are walking by see the FLASHING RED LIGHT and either tell my server or the DR manager?? I am NOT looking for another GC! JUST TRAIN YOUR FOH STAFF TO BE ALERT OF THIS RED FLASHING LIGHT OR REMOVE IT!!!

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years and now I remember why. The food is just bland. No salt anywhere to be found in the pasta itself or the dish as a whole. The only burst of actual flavor came from the shrimp I ordered extra. Seriously could cook better pasta dishes at home for far less money. Also made the mistake of ordering a mixed drink. It tasted like juice without even the slightest hint of alcohol in it. Very disappointed.

Wow what can I say ! Joseph took care of us tonight and he was amazing . We just got the soup and salad and he took such good care of us . The lady and the front desk was there when we got there and seated us right away and was also so friendly. We also had a glass of the Robert mondovi. Delicious. We will be back for sure. This place is awesome. The zuppa soup and salad did not disappoint at all .

It's not very attractive, or encouraging when you pick up a to go order and an employee is eating at the counter. And, with Covid and all the paranoid hypochondriac's in corporate America you would think this would be policed a little bit better. I guess marketing vs reality is quite different. I should've turned around and walked out but my wife and I had been moving all day, we were starving, and she chose Olive Garden. Since we will be relocating to our ranch permanently, this will be the last night on this side of town anyways. Just hope we survive the meal. And I still left the customary 20% gratuity because the industry is a difficult business.

Food was up to pre COVID standards Portions were generous. Countertops that separate the booths were filthy. Place really needs a top down cleaning. Staff friendly and helpful.

I love Olive Garden but this is not the one . Me and my boyfriend came here on three Separate occasions and where treated bad. We were seated all three times in a corner where no one could see us and waited there for 7 minutes and no one took our order for drinks like the bare minimum but another party was sat after us and immediately their order was taken . I don't recommend coming here if your a person Of color because me and mine were not so welcomed?
Mask required. After a long 1 1/2 years people are still required to wear mask. Don't eat at Olive Garden stand for you freedom.

The waiter Brandon was so nice he kept us refilled on drinks. Our food was late and he was so sorry even though it wasn’t his fault. He was so kind! Working super hard!! And I definitely recommend Brandon’s service at Olive Garden in Garland TX

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Olive Garden ever. The food was good cut the service was Beyond horrible. Our waitress was non-existent most of the time. She didn't ask us what we wanted she just gave us what she thought she would like to give us. We had to ask for refills on drinks, for more salad, for cheese on our salad and four cheese on a food. And then she just barely gave us any. I had the never ending salad and soup and had to beg for a refill on my soup. When I got it almost 10 minutes later it was cold and only half a bowl. I had to get up and go find a waitress somewhere to get a refill on my drink. There were so many other issues that made it hey very unpleasant experience. But boy when it came time to give us our check she was right there on top of it but still very rude and Elusive about helping us.

Once we were seated it took Atleast 15 minutes before anyone ever came to our table to ask for our drink order. By that time we were ready to order. Our drink glasses stayed empty. Once we got our food my 4 year old ordered grapes with his meal and they were wilted and gross looking. Asked for a to go tray and that took another 10minutes. Before leaving we all went to the restroom. The women’s bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Dust all over the toilet paper dispenser, dirt and trash in the floor, the corners of the stall looked like they had never been cleaned. Bad experience. I would avoid this location.
