It was a Family Event, the service today was Awesome, refill on drinks and attentive to everyone's needs. The Atmosphere and Cleanliness was Excellent too. I ordered the Tour of Italy ?? watch the portion and quality of the Food, noodles should have the right portion of sauce and not be dry, same with the salad, not enough Italian dressing. Make sure you get what you paid for ?

Today I walked in with my family and friends. We had received a text message saying our table was ready. However when we walked inside the girls on the front decided to give our table to a different family. We saw about 3 more family come in after us and get a table right away while we were kept waiting. The girls in the front knew full well they gave our table away and one of them even gave a eye roll as if she didn’t care. So ridiculous so we left. Horrible customer service.

I waited almost 10 minutes for the waiter to show up, of which it took almost 10 more minutes for him to bring us the drinks, my son's food took 30 minutes to come out and was cold. All the waiters hiding behind a wall talking to the manager, without providing any service to the tables, the tables dirty! Almost 40 minutes for them to bring the food and only because I complained to the manager! They must improve the service!!

We celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday (2-14-24) at this location and it was really nice. Our server Tiffany was pleasant, funny, attentive and helpful. She made our experience amazing! The food was tasty and the staff was friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of space for wheelchairs to move comfortably around the restaurant.

My wife and I went to this location yesterday ( Valentines Day) and had such a bad experience with the waitress (Linda). Spoke to the manager (Thomas), who was very understanding and professional about the whole situation. He offered another table right away, and he would take care of the bill. I had just lost my appetite by then and left. I'm glad this restaurant has a great manager. Our waitress was really though, unfortunately.

This spot is the second time I’ve came with my parents and every time it is wonderful! Our waitress was Talya and she was AWESOME!!!! She was perfect and did her job with a smile on her face! Very much enjoyed her presence and thank you for making my time with my parents that more enjoyable.
