I never leave reviews but this will be my first. I ordered delivery through Grub Hub. When I received this order, it was incorrect. I called the rest to let them know. The guy who answered the phone didn't even let me finish - cut me off and told me I needed to contact Grub Hub. I went on to finish and tell him what my order was - he tells me that Grub Hub made the mistake - they placed the order for a cheese pizza not a pepperoni. I told him I was looking at the order and see pepperoni. He kept cutting me off - I was still trying to get the pepperoni pizza - he rude argumentative and refused to give his name. Anyhow, I ordered the pizza went and picked it up. I just was taken back by how rude and so not helpful he was. It was like he was just trying to fight. Also I sent Grub Hub a notice - they immediately refunded my money for the order. They were great! This is the only location I come to and the only order I ever place with them. I am annoyed by this one employee - I don't usually have a problem with this location.

Always great pizza, and they always get our order right! I am picky about food, and will rarely order anything. When I do though, it's going to be Papa John's! I am so very thankful we live in their delivery area!!! Keep it up!

My last couple of deliveries have been a disaster! I ordered a pizza, cookie and a 2 liter soda last Friday and it was the last time I get delivery. The delivery driver wasn’t a papa John’s employee it was a grub hub driver. Needless to say the pizza was almost an hour getting delivered. The pizza was cold and the box was beat up like he had something heavy sitting on it. Never again. I’d rather pick my pizza up myself if that’s who Papa Johns has doing delivery for them now.

Pizza hack!!Order ONLINE! Go to specials. Get the Carry Out special. 1 Large Pizza for 7.99. You can add stuffed crust to it at the end if you want. (It's cheaper to do it that way that to get a Stuffed crust from the beginning).Then go pick it up. It's the BEST deal. Little Caesars was my go to but since they have been raising their price for their hot and ready (6.99 as of typing this) you only save a dollar. If you get a 1 topping pizza (besides Only Pepperoni or only Cheese) from LC It's $1.50 extra so that's 8.49 BEFORE tax.I get a large Muchroom or a Large Sausage. So it only makes sense to get the Papa John's carry out special. It's the cheapest deal to get a large 1 topping pizza... and it's going to taste good.AND when you order online, you earn Papa Dough and can use that Dough to pay for a future order. I've gotten like 10 free pizzas buy earning Papa Dough.This is why Papa John's is now my "go to" place. It's the best value for your dollar. Lowest prices for a 1 topping pizza thst ISNT Pepperoni or Cheese.

Had pizza delivered and the driver left it at the door and never knocked. I did not choose no contact delivery Horrible service. When I found it on the doorstep it must have been there for a while. It was covered in flies and absolutely disgusting. Will never order from.this horrible place again. Had not ordered from in a while and was looking forward to trying their New York style pizza. Never again. I tell everyone u can about how horrible this place is. Delivery driver sucked and I would take my tip back if I could. No refund offered or any type of compensation. Horrible horrible service.

I ORDERED around 6:15 p.m. on June 15, 2023. I ordered an extra large 3 Topping. The driver never knocked on our door and left the pizza box outside on the ground. There were ants all in the pizza box. Someone needs to do something about this location. I called the one on Lavon Drive and the guy said there was no corporate office and to wait until around 9 or 10 p.m. to call the store. They were not picking up at all!
