I had a terrible experience two times in a row. First time there a few weeks back I ordered tacos that took 25 minutes while I was on my 30 minute work break, which made me be late to work, and they were cold when I got them. Today second time, it also took about 15 minutes even though all I got was a tostada which has only three ingredients and it was CHEWY instead of crunchy, and not soggy from the aguacate or sour cream, but chewy as in old and stale. The chicken was dry and cold too. If you are giving me cold food why did it take so long to prepare even though I was the only one in line at the time? I work near by and usually love pollo regio but I won’t be going back to this location. I’ll rather go to Burger King since it’s cheap, it’s warm, and taste better and than what I’ve had in this location.
