My husband got us food from here a couple of days ago. I will start by saying my chicken strips were okay, not great. But edible. He ordered HOT Wings, not “Sweet and Spicy”.. He even told the person that they also messed up his order last time, and did the same thing and gave him Sweet and Spicy. He wanted just hot wings, with hot sauce or the buffalo sauce. The worker proceeded to tell him they aren’t Buffalo Wings, and my husband said to just give him whatever the hot sauce they used as long as it wasn’t sweet and spicy.Well, what happened? They gave him sweet and spicy. He ended up eating them anyways, and contacted customer support. I will give customer support one thing, they did give us a $10 off coupon for our next visit. They made that right.We will NEVER come to this location again. The only decent thing about this whole experience was Popeyes customer support. This physical location however is trash. Upper management needs to give them a surprise visit, and inspect the way their workers are preparing food and treating customers.We typically enjoy Popeyes and will most likely be eating them again, but we may drive further to insure a correct order and to avoid food poisoning.

Went thru drive thru.. the young lady didn't seem like she wanted to work much less help me...chicken was cold... red beans and rice was OK but only half full..biscuit was good though...

I placed an order for pickup almost 15 min prior to arriving, had to wait another 20 minutes for my order when I got there. It did not appear busy, there were maybe two people in the dining area, and one person ahead of me at the mobile pickup line who was gone within 5 min of my arrival. When i recieved my order, one of my sandwiches was cold to the touch and the others were hot. I let someone know and they told me they’d remake it, and returned with a sandwich that was slightly warmer maybe a minute later. I truly think he just microwaved it and brought it back. This is not the first time me and my family have recieved underwhelming service at this specific location.

This place was the worst ?. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before the guy came. While standing there he's laughing and talking to the cook. Remind you I knew we where there ?. So the food was not hot because it had been sitting on the counter..... Never again

I arrived in the drive through at 432. The person working the drive through informed me that the strips would take 6-7 minutes to cook do I mind waiting. I said sure at 450 he came out to my car and asked me what I ordered again. I informed him of my order. He said he would be right back and apologize. At 5 I walked in and asked what was going on he said he made the mistake and drop spicy strips instead of classic. I ask him how much longer he said another five minutes. At this time I realized I was speaking with the manager the entire time. His demeanor was disgusting. His shirt was out of his pants and dirty he kept touching his face and the register and getting others their food. I finally said sir I have been here for 30 minutes and on this time you all could have dropped both sets of strips. He immediately cuts me off and says well do you want to wait or do you want spicy or do you just want your money back. I asked for my money back, I was in the midst of asking him a question and he walked off saying have a nice day. There was three other customers in the lobby that witness his poor customer service. Not once was I offered and apology or anything. My receipts so he took myoneu at 437 and gave me my refund at 506.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location is very rude, and very unprofessional. My elderly grandfather went in there with my two sons to get a very simple order. And they were treated horribly. The employees talked to my grandfather very disrespectfully. And they had no problem letting it be known they did not want to do their jobs. And were irritated at anyone that was requesting them to do so. Disgraceful place. And ridiculous staff.

I have NEVER wrote a bad review before. I’ve worked in fast food so i’m usually very understanding but this visit was so strange i had to say something. I ordered off the mobile app around 11am, lunch time. The store has been open for over an hour at this point. I get to the drive thru, say i have a mobile order then the lady comes on and said that ‘none of there fryers are ready and it would be 30 minutes to an hour wait.’ I then thought about it and asked if she could just refund or cancel the order. No response. I said it again, no response. I then pull up to the drive thru window. No one is back there. I can see there personal belongings, drinks and food half eaten and open on the counter. I wait about 10 minutes then a young lady came to the window and said that the fryers “weren’t working” and they “need to heat up”.. i’m pretty convinced that this was a lie because like i said before, i’ve worked in fast food. Fryers do not take over two hours to ‘heat up’ and if they were ‘broken’ it still wouldn’t take over an hour just to magically fix them. Whatever the real reason was, i just told her again, that i couldn’t wait that long and wanted a refund.She looked really confused and said i needed to reach out to ‘uber eats’.. I then told her i again, i had ordered thru there popeyes mobile app. Her response was ‘well i don’t know, i can’t cancel or refund it from here’. I just said okay and drove off. Contacted popeyes support. They said it would take up to 72 hours to ‘review my claim’ then 3-5 business days for a response and refund back on my card. Very frustrating

Came in to pick up online order. Employees sitting in the back & didn't see me come in. They continued to talk until the manager came from the back and saw me after nearly 2 minutes.The order has been placed 6 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived they had yet to even pull the ticket or start the order.Once the order was almost ready they realized they were out of fries and started a fresh batch. Failed to shake the basket and all the fries were stuck in one big clump.Must be nice to sit back and lounge while getting paid. They certainly didn't feel any sense of urgency.
