I tried all other places that serve Bánh Mì (Vietnamese Sandwiches). Saigon Deli is the best one. Once you tried it, you will come back again and again. Love it???

I wish the banh mi had more meat to them compared to Banh Mi #1 because they always stuff them. Other than that, it's quite good. The sugarcane drink was ok, and I bought the 1 liter so reasonable price. The reason for only 3 stars is because the lady in the front was rude with me even tho I'm also vietnamese, and she was snappy with me when she was taking my order. When other customers came in after me, she was happy and smiley with them only because they were fluent in Vietnamese. She treated me unkindly and would rather take my business elsewhere. It was my first time here as well since I've been trying to find the best banh mi in Dallas since I live in Oklahoma. Hopefully, you'll treat your customers equally. I'll still be back like I said the food was quite good.

Sandwiches are good which is their only saving grace. I always order the combination. Don’t call to order ahead, unless you speak Vietnamese. On occasion, the person who usually picks up, speaks very poor English and will get frustrated and hang up. On those days we go to the banh mi shop at the Cali Saigon mall. Saigon Deli’s dining area isn’t very clean, so I wouldn’t recommend dining in for a quick bite. Just take your sandwiches to go.

Best banh mi in DFW! The grilled pork and bbq pork were really good, very flavorful. The bread was warm and toasty. Stuffed to the max. Only $5 each sandwich!!!!

I have been to Vietnam several times and this is much better. We are lucky to have them. Fresh bread. Generous servings. Tasty pate.

Ordered a Vietnamese coffee for $4.33 she pulled it out of the fridge 1/4 of the way filled up. Filled it with ice all the way to the top to the point where there was more ice than actual drink the liquid didn’t even reach the top of the cup it was straight ice and when I kindly asked her if she could fill it up at least all the way up. She laughed in my face and said NO. What kind of service is that she laughed and said no because I wanted the item I ordered at least filled up to the top I wasn’t asking for anything for free I was asking for what I paid for. Horrible service and complete disregard for the people they serve. If you’re greedy and selfish stay out of the customer service industry!!!

The best Vietnamese sandwich in town!I love how their sandwiches taste. Very flavorful and fresh. They also run the buy 3 get 1 free promotion. Their latest price for 1 sandwich is $5 plus tax. Staff members here mostly speak Vietnamese. They seem inattentive but they actually do their job very well. Will become a frequent customer here!

Banh mi were incredible! The bread is the stand out! Very pleased after a 40 minute drive to try the banh mi. This place was recommended by a Vietnamese girlfriend. I did get yelled at however for almost grabbing the wrong order but they were calling out numbers in Vietnamese and I don't speak it. The lady said it was ready, there was a tray with 4 sandwiches on it which is the amount we ordered, I asked if it was my order. They said yes and when I went to grab it, 2 people started yelling at me. One of the ladies yelling was bagging my order which I said I wanted to eat here so made more sense my order would be unwrapped on a tray. Guess not. Lol. Anyways, I laughed it off because it was just so ridiculous. Highly recommend for banh mi. The Vietnamese iced coffee was good too!

Very rude in person AND over the phone. I understand there's a language barrier as most of them mainly speak Vietnamese but they were extremely dismissive, not accommodating, and were annoyed as I explained my order. More importantly, they do not specify the kind of "paté" or meat paste (nowhere on the menu) that is included in EVERY banhmi regardless if it is chicken or pork. My boyfriend cannot eat pork and they couldn't even answer me straight on the phone when I called to ask about it. Instead, they hung up. This place is not where you want to go if you have dietary restrictions, or if you actually want good food and service.

So far, this place is our go-to for banh mi! Coming from the westcoast, this is the best we can find here! Of course you cannot compare to banh mi in Vietnam. We tried the bakery across the plaza and it doesn’t compare. This place has perfect ratio of meat, pate and veg. The combo is a must! But if you can’t have deli meat, the other options are just as good and it’s great they have so many options! Bread is fluffy inside and crispy outside. The staff seems nice enough. But there was one lady that wasn’t very nice. They are busy so yes, they’re not always smiling. There are some seating but usually we just take home. Airfry it for 2 mins and it tastes fresh again. Ask for the veg to be separated. Buy 3 get 1 free is great promo! The longan drink and the dessert is pretty good too. They’re sweet but nice once it’s watered down.

i mean.... i was here literally 1 month ago and since then they've raised their prices to $5 a sandwich. They still have the buy 3 get 1 free deal going. and i still love their banh mi. but just hope that the prices don't keep going up!!
