I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism I received today from Kelly and Lilly! It is 12/23 and EVERYONE is going crazy for last minute Christmas shopping. These two sweet girls were in such a great mood and so very welcoming. My drinks were made quickly and well. It is rare these days to receive great service but these two embody what a great employee is and I hope if leadership reads these, they do their best to ensure Kelly & Lilly are valued. Those girls have bright futures ahead! ?

I have visited other locations and this same location at different times and days. But the last time, in this location the following happened.My wife and I went for coffee, she ordered a drink and I ordered another drink with an extra espresso shot. When they gave us the drinks, they both tasted the same, and did not taste like coffee with espresso, and I asked why they had served us from the same blender, when I paid for an extra espresso. Both the preparer and the person who charged for the drinks said that they had added the espresso shot to both my wife's drink and mine. My wife doesn't drink espresso. I'm sure they lied when they were discovered that they served us the drinks from the same blender and they didn't put espresso in my drink because none of them tasted like espresso.

Went here for the first time and ordered iced americanos with 2 pumps of flavor. By far the worst coffee we've every had. I think they were training new employees but over $10 for two iced americanos they were undrinkavle. I think this may be a coffee place for people who don't like coffee.
