I went in yesterday morning around 11:30 and got a peanut butter cup. I know everything that in the drink and the color consistency that comes with it because it my regular drink. It was so light in color and it should be a dark brownish/ tan. The drink only was peanut butter, ice cream base, and expresso. I had no mocha in it and it ruined the whole drink. There was no mocha on the top either. They also ran out of whip cream. So i just trashed the drink I was very excited for that morning. How can you mess up a drink yall should know how to make? Not the first time I have had problems here. ??

This is the worst place you might visit and they are very rude. The drive thu was super rude. They didn’t provide me with my order and I had been waiting for more than 10 mins. Then the manager called me and she offered me free drink and she wanted me to come when she is in the store ?? to discuss the issue in person. I don’t recommend this branch at all.

I've been to this location maybe 8-10 times since it opened because I live so close to it but I will not be going back. Every time I have ordered coffee (not one of the expresso drinks) the coffee is ALWAYS cold. Every time I have pointed this out and asked for hot coffee the person working disappears and returns with a cup of coffee that is now at least mildly warm. It's mildly warm because they just add hot water to the coffee, every time this has happened the coffee taste watered down and I take the lid off and yup, watered down tasteless lukewarm coffee. I can get better coffee at any gas station and from now on will just do that

My gas and and I have been going here for 3 years now. We pay nearly $5 for the a burrito usually they are a decent price for the price and wrapped fairly well but lord what I got today has to be a joke. It’s not even shaped like borrowing it’s wrapped so badly and it’s less than 5 inches. Do better. Train better

Everyone at the Broadway location is so kind and helpful. Service is always fast and the people are friendly. This is my go to coffee place! Don't bother going to SB or DB.? Scooter's is the place to be!
I stop here on my commute to work for the everything bagel breakfast sandwich. It's pretty good compared to the sandwiches at similar competitors. But I do believe they are pretty expensive for what they provide. I usually get a large matcha latte with a breakfast sandwich and that runs you about $11 but there's no frills with this drink. It's pretty mediocre. I know that have other sweet drinks but honestly they flavor options are pretty boring to me. This is not to say that I won't be back or that this place sucks because it doesn't. I go about twice a week. They do have a loyalty program. And the girl that usually serves me is always pleasant. So it is just what it is. I will just start buying my own matcha powder and making my own matte lol.

Each time I've visited this place. The staff is really friendly/understanding. When I accidentally forgot an order. The cashier/cs has no problem adding it in. Staff was very friendly /respectful. The coffee/smoothie..etc are really good. I really enjoy the service and how quick they are. If they made a mistake. The staff have no problem admitting & correcting the mistake

Amazing and Delicious coffee!! Yummy breakfast items and such a bright environment! Messiah helped me with my order and he did such a scoot- tastic job ??WILL BE BACK TO TRY ALL THE MANY FLAVORS AND TREATS!

Ordered on the mobile app mins before arriving at the store. When I arrived at the drive through, I informed them I had a mobile order and there was no response for the next 3-5 minutes. I had to speak 2 more times, until they asked me to pull forward. Once I got to the window there was no acknowledgment, the girl at the window was sitting at the window facing away talking on her phone. The other male individual just looked at me and said nothing. Once I mouthed asking if my order was ready, the lady opened the window and said a few more minutes. I ordered a caramel latte, instead I received a plain latte. After this terrible service I an hesitant to visit scooters again, as starbucks hasn’t ever provided such poor service. This locations service needs to be much improved as it was absolute unacceptable as it seemed they didnt want to be there or serve any customers.

First, scooters was definitely my morning place for coffee but in the last two days my coffee drinks have been horrible. More like a water down coffee. Now, I’ll have to wake up extra 15 minutes to go elsewhere.
