Ordered through doordash and when of the flavors I chose was out, they substituted a different flavor without contacting me and then charged me an extra charge for the substitution. All the cupcakes listed on doordash were 5.25 and I spent over $100 on my order. I don't understand the upcharge and honestly, substituting one with nuts without prior notification isn't a smart idea. I received them email from them almost 20 minutes after my order was delivered. I honestly couldn't even tell anyone on my team what the flavor was. Luckily someone who isn't allergic got it, but that was really a bad idea.

We went to Smallcakes for the first time this week and it did not disappoint. The selection was varied and we were able to try so many different flavors. We will definitely be back for more of everything.PS - our pups loved the pupcakes!

OMG THIS WAS SOOO GOOD! The wedding cake icecream was the bomb! The cupcakes and cookies were delicious! We will be getting these again. I think I found my new cake spot. Also add bonus the store called me to let me know they didn't have enough of the icecream for a pint (they were almost closed). They offered a replacement with something else so I opted for another cupcake...it was worth it! This is the first time I actually had a store call me on a door dash order. Kudos ?

The cupcakes are always super soft and moist topped with buttercream that's not overly sweet. They've got pup treats as well.

Mediocre (at best) cupcakes at a premium price. The cupcake was very dry and the cream was not great. My 3 year old didn’t even eat half of his cupcake and this kid loves sweets.

The worst cupcakes ever. I bought 5 different kinds only to be disappointed with each one. The cake was stale and broke apart easily into crumbs. The cream tasted weird, awful even. I'll never be going back here again. At $5 per cup cake, this is a rip off.

Don't waste your money! I was hesitant to try this place after reading the reviews. I enjoy cupcakes, but we were looking for ice cream. With our local Braums and Baskin Robbins temporarily closed for remodeling, we decided to try something new. First of all their website is out of commission, so you can't see the flavors ahead of time. There was a very small selection. Only half of them were labeled. The employee who was working was very difficult to understand. She barely spoke English and did not understand my husband's order. We paid $10.25 for two small scoops of ice cream. The employee did not get our order right, and they were out of spoons. She gave us the tiny sample spoons to eat double scoops of ice cream?!? I do like that they have pupcakes, as we had our dogs with us. But, they charge $2.50 for basically a tablespoon of cupcake and a tablespoon of icing. Andy's offers free sample cones for pups, and you don't pay for them. Long story short, save your money and go to Crumble or Andy's. The owner of this location is not taking care of their store.
