Melody is the best!!! Everyone else is really nice, too, and they always make my drink so yummy! A venti iced white mocha with half white/half regular mocha and chocolate cold foam! My boyfriend and I love going to Starbucks and then walking around Target! 10/10 my go-to Starbucks.

Disappointment and dissatisfied as I’ve been out here in this area for about a year already I’ve been coming to this Starbucks, and when I first came to it, everybody was so proudly polite. I am part of the service industry, so I usually tip it might not be much but I do give a tip in the last two months. Any time that I have been coming? I have been forcefully asked for a tip From the drive-through or in person which I think it’s unfair to the point where if I decide not to tip that one day my order is completely wrong and then I have to re-order it get it done and they’ll give me dirty sandwich bags whenever I order my breakfast edit the service has gone so down today I visited One more time to see if I can get the same service I did before I ordered an impossible sandwich. She forcefully asked me if I was going to tip and I said no not today thank you due to prior experiences she handed me my sandwich in the bag with cheese everywhere Poorly bagged up didn’t ask if I wanna napkins as usual again I know I’m just one person however, this is probably the most disappointing Starbucks I’ve ever been to

I politely let the barista know that the drink looks different than what I’d normally get. The drink comes with cream but the drink she made did not. I was confused and let the baristas know, but they insisted that this is how it should be. I told them I order the same drink all the time and it does not look like that. She eventually fixed it poorly by pouring a ton of milk into the cup till the point it overflowed. It’s fine if it didn’t come out right the first time but she gave me attitude for pointing it out. She even informed me that she makes the drink everyday (implied that she’s right and I’m wrong?) and said passive aggressive things to me when I was leaving. That was totally uncalled for, I didn’t expect to receive attitude when I simply pointed out the drink look different than what I’d normally get. Won’t return to this location again.

There's a young Latina working at the Starbucks in North Garland, Texas who just absolutely NEEDS to prove to herself that Jewish people aren't, in fact, people, and she has been grinding her racial bigotry axe on me. I've tried tipping. I've donated a lot to their current Marine Corps Toy Box donation. Nothing helps. Do NOT interact with this young girl. She's still locked up in her head with proving to herself, emotionally, that she has ARRIVED, and that her "type" is better than Jews.
