This new employee was rude to me because I'm deaf. I tried over and over to show her on my phone the list of order but she had an attitude, rolled her eyes at me. I cannot speak, but for her to have an attitude to a customer with disabilities is just wrong. I used my phone to communicate, she needs to learn to be patient with deaf people or people with disabilities. I've been coming to this store for 9 years!! I might not come back anyways since you're out of food.

How long is the owners gonna let the bottom of the barrel management keep running this place to the ground? Absolutely ridiculous that there’s this many bad reviews right at the top of the page! Wake up. In the past year I’ve been disappointed with this place more than I’ve been satisfied. And every time they are out of something. I’ve even caught the manager in there gossiping with the 2 girls be go the counter when clearly she needs to be workout inventory!! Step up and get this place right!

Roach in the bathroom floor. It was nasty inside. They only had wheat and white bread. The service was ok, she was nice but the meat side was up and couldn’t see the meats. We ended up ordering food but do not feel comfortable eating it after seeing how dirty the bathrooms were.

I recently visited this Subway to pick the online order I placed via app, expecting to enjoy a delicious veg patty footlong sub, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon receiving my online order, I discovered that the veg patty was nowhere to be found. Instead, all I got was a mishmash of vegetables hastily thrown together. Not only was I not informed about the unavailability of the veg patty, but the substitute vegetables was very bad.As if that wasn't disappointing enough, the non-veg sub I ordered had stale meat that left a bad taste in my mouth – literally. It was evident that the ingredients were not fresh, and the overall quality of the sub was below average.To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns to the salesperson, the response I received was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing my valid complaints with empathy and professionalism, they dismissed them with indifference, displaying a complete lack of customer service etiquette.Overall, my experience at Subway was incredibly disappointing. It's disheartening to see a franchise that prides itself on fresh ingredients and customer satisfaction fall so short of its promises. Until they address these issues and improve their service standards, I cannot recommend this Subway location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Today I visit at 5. 20 pm on 03/06/24, no any customers are there, no car outside, only me in shop and 2 associate inside, I request him for a foot long subway, he replied he get an online order so he is behind it, when he sow me that time he started it,Very bad approach, I feel they don't like to sell their products to me,

I had an experience with this subway merchant regarding one of my online order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and I only got 2. The order was delivered by DoorDash. When I talked to the merchant she told DoorDash should refund the money. When I talked to DoorDash they told merchant should refund the money. I already reported about the merchant to subway. I willNever order any food from this subway merchant and if you guys plan to get food go in person so they won’t fool you ?

Last night I ordered two sandwiches on the app and the transaction went through, but when I got to the store the employee first asked me if I could read what was on the door which was the product they were out of and the proceeded to be rude as I said I had an online order. I was refunded for my purchase, but the employee had her friends hanging out in the lobby waiting for her to close up and they were all just looking at me like I was an idiot for ordering my sandwiches. For this experience alone I am avoiding this restaurant and would recommend others do as well.

Refused to cancel an online order despite being out of the meats I ordered. Received bread, vegetable and sauce sandwiches. Oh, but no lettuce. They were out of lettuce as well. Couldn't be bothered to cut the sandwiches as well.

WHY IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN?!!!!!! They never have bread when I go in (only flatbread)! Like is the bread not being ordered? Or is only so much made in the morning? Make it MAKE SENSE!!!!!

Worst experience ever in a food outlet. The girl making the sandwich here was very rude and has a very bad attitude. I just politely asked will you toast the sandwich, the reply was a demeaning look from the girl.
