Lasy employee including the supervisor who don't care about the customer I wasn't a the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for some one to take my order why all the employees are not doing anything on the back kitchen just looking at me and talking each other. no sing any where that specify that I have to do my own order and when's I ask for help all I get was a bad attitude ,,??

Ordered on the app for delivery and for that, everything was actually pretty smooth for once... My mistake for relaxing. Got the Catalina chicken box and added a chalupa supreme, because my points got me one free. When I went to eat my chalupa supreme.... There was mold!! And not the it-might-not-be-mold mold, but there-is-a-big-green-dot-on-the-tortilla mold(check out image). I tried to call the store and naturally no one answers so I left a message and then I shared on the app, don't expect anything good to come from that, so here I am sharing my woes. I'm just glad the thing was staring at me before I ate it. Last thing I need to do is add another sickness to me.

I swear!!! They can never get a correct dam order unless you eat in lobby!!This is second time I try drive through amd twice now drive back for half my order I guess spending $30 to $40 is to much for employees to handleLike where is the manager!!!Help these kids out!!Pay more so you can get some dam adults on site!!My kid at home waiting on dinner while rest eat I'm spending gas and time over something as simple as checking the order before rushing me out the dam drive through!Now I'm having to repeat orderChecking bank account for them cause they can't find it and waiting twice as long than through driveJust Shut Taco bell Down obviously business is not well anymore!!

All of it is bad, very very bad, I ordered from Doordash, and when I got home with my order, the burritos were soggy and hard, my crunchwrap was also soggy and hard, and the chicken and steak quesadillas I ordered weren't cut right, and stuck to the bag it came in, bits of the tortilla came off of the quesadilla. When I ordered freezes off doordash again shortly after, I specifically ordered 2 mixed berry freezes, and the dasher, nor the restaurant said they were out of the blue freeze, and yet we still got two plain wild strawberry freezes, me, my fiance, and kids will no longer be going back to this Taco Bell ever again.

Changing my review cause I heard the N word 100 times from behind the counter.. not going back.. so disrespectful and I was the only black person inside.. change your staff immediately! And I had my kids with me! This is beyond disrespectful ?

Very slow preparation of “fast food”.

Sunday football and decided to get tacos because it would be quick. Drive-thru service instead of going inside was our mistake. Ordered 8 Doritos Loco tacos, burrito, side of beans, crunch wrap, and 2 Supreme Doritos Loco tacos. As soon as the husband walks in, he says, "How much do you want to bet it's wrong." CORRECT!!Only 2 Supreme tacos, crunch wrap, beans, and burrito. Totally missing the 8 Doritos Loco tacos!! In fast food, there seems to be a lacking of QC, or management supervision. It is disappointing.

My husband & I ordered from here late last night via doordash, we got our order around 12:30 or so. We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas with extra meat & 4 nacho doritos tacos & 1 chalupa supreme beef taco. My husband had the Mexican pizzas & 2 nacho doritos tacos & I had 1 nacho doritos taco & the chalupa since they forgot the other one. We don't know what happened because in the middle of the night/morning we both woke up needing to go to the bathroom. For my husband it was coming out both ends & for myself it was coming out the back end. We will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again.

Just close the store at proper time. It says it will open till 2 am but when you put an order in the app to pick up at 12:20am, they will tell you it is closed every-time. Not going there again. It’s a waste of time and money.

Ever since they went to kisok only ordering this location has gone down hill. Missing items, no tangible receipt to show you have missing items. This used to be the best Taco Bell in Garland.
