Sloppy customer service. You'll have to hunt down the bar tender and/or staff to get help after 3:30pn. Lord forbid you leave anything, as they will treat you like poop or a criminal for calling back. Food, chips and salsa were good but customer care is awful.

This place is good, however, they overcooked our corn tortilla. We ordered their $2.00 tacos. The flavor was really good but the chewy and overcooked tortilla was a bit hard to swallow. I will try again next time but will definitely let them know not to overcook our corn tortilla. Also, they don't speak English but if you try to bust out a little bit of Spanish they will appreciate you very much.

My palete was craving Mexican food. Tortillas and menudo, refries. This place has many menu offerings on the web page, splashed on the windows and doors and above the cashier stand. I ordered several item's only to be told not available. After I finally asked what is available, her reply, tacos..just tacos I said..nothing else, her reply nothing else. Remined me of the old bate & switch trick. I said thank you and left.

The place was extremely cold and the owner was rude telling us the temp. Is okay abd we ask Kim to lower the blower but he did not do it. I ordered the fish taco that was SO COLD, and even what we ordered was not served as it said in the manu like jalapeño sauce was not served with the food. If I can give -5 I would give for Food and service and for curtesy. This place should be closed.

I went here with my aunt to have some Mexican food. It was her first time ever trying Mexican food and when I saw this cute little spot I thought we’d try it out. We ordered some nachos for apps and a burrito and quesadilla as a main dish. However, when the nachos came all they had on it was the ground beef nothing else! When I looked at the menu it had a list of things that should have been in the nachos like sour cream, queso, etc., I thought maybe they had forgotten to put some in so I asked the waitress if they could add some more. She left with our plate and I don’t know if it was the owner but a male worker came back with our plate and basically argued saying he had “put the other toppings on the side” and basically threw the plate on the table. Y’all can see from the pics that those toppings were nowhere to be found. Also, it was my first time going there so maybe they did serve the nachos like that which I didn’t know because the menu stated multiple toppings. The way that he spoke to us acting like we didn’t have eyes saying that they were there! Plus I was happy to pay extra for more of the toppings but the fact that he brought the plate back arguing was what appalled me.

A bite to eat..... More like a monster burrito!! Omg, the hot sauce for chips (included in order, was fantastic). We ordered the wet pork burrito $11... Huge is an understatement! Glad we shared it!!! Was very flavorful. Recommend this place!!!

We just found Taco Rico on a Google search. We took advantage of the lunch specials and had a great, reasonably-priced meal.

Nope. Ordered two meals and chips w/ queso to go and waited 20+ minutes. Several people with orders placed after us got their orders first. As I’m medically unable to wear a face covering I was treated rudely upon entering and greeted with an eye roll when I showed them an exemption card. They screwed up our order and overcharged us as well.

Food** We got the vegan burrito large, chips and guacamole and salsa. The burrito was basically just rice and beans and some veggies. Not great at all. We ordered chips and guacamole but didn’t realize that give you a large guacamole for that size instead of a side portion. It was not good, full of onions. Service ** As we said we ordered just one burrito and chips and guacamole (which is premade) to go and it took 20 minute. This was not fast food at all and if everything is premade it should not have taken that long. The place was not even that busy. Atmosphere ** Indoor and outdoor eating areas. We did not eat there but waited for our food and left smelling heavily of fried oil. Price $$ Guacamole and chips around $7 and large burrito around $11. Was not worth it to be honest.

I stopped in for lunch. They have several lunch specials. I opted for the taco (pork), fajita (steak), and chimichanga (chicken). You get a choice of meats. Steak was $1 upgrade. The taco was excellent, fajita was very good (rolled up and taosted), and chimichanga was good (not greasy at all). The chips were excellent and they have a variety of salsas. I had hot, medium, and pico. All were excellent. I had flan for dessert. I was bummed it was not homemade, but it was good.
