I've been using Thornhill for my company events for nearly a year now and we absolutely love it! Their team makes setting up orders and catering events so easy. They're always quick to fix anything missing or making adjustments when needed. The staff the sets up is always friendly and respectful of the space. I've used a few other catering companies here and there but always go back to Thornhill because they never disappoint!

Our event was last week, and I couldn't let another day pass without writing a positive review. From the initial conversation to the very minute the last items were loaded in the truck after the event was over, I've been SO impressed. The inquiry was handled professionally, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The charcuterie boards were delicious, had a fantastic variety of meats, cheese, crackers and so on, and were BEAUTIFUL!! Everything else we ordered was delicious and displayed so nicely. As a matter of fact, because our event was a day after Valentine's Day, their chefs took the time to cut the small Reuben sandwiches in heart shapes, as well as some of the fruits and cheeses. SO cute! The serving team - Joe, Donald and Andrea - were on time, set up quickly and kept everything looking good throughout the event. They took good care of our guests offering more beverages when needed, clearing plates and butler passing desserts. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and outcome! We will be using Thornhill Catering again and again in the future.

We did our wedding catering through Thornhill Catering, and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! They were punctual, polite, and prepared. The food was phenomenal, from the Caprese Skewer and Italian Meatball (my personal favorite) appetizers to the Rosemary Lemon Chicken, Chicken Pasta Primavera, and Grilled Petite Sirloin Dinners! Our contact came to the venue himself to make sure everything ran smoothly, and smoothly it ran! They prepared a served buffet and had all 125 guests + vendors served and fed ahead of our timeline schedule! I highly recommend Thornhill Catering for any and all catering needs. They are of the highest quality in both food and service.

We used this catering company for our engagement party and their food was affordable and great tasting. We picked up the food and served it ourselves so our first experience with them was good.However, we then decided to use them for our wedding thinking we'd have a great experience but we were very disappointed. We purchased appetizers and a main dish to be served by their servers on our wedding day. We had all the details of what needed to happen that day (arrival time of servers, instructions to serve appetizers only when the guests arrived at the reception area, and finally, serve the main dish when the guests were instructed to go by the buffet line by table). Our guests were to be served the appetizers immediately after the ceremony while we took bridal pictures but when we arrived at the reception area, we found out that our guests had been waiting there with NO APPETIZERS SERVED to them as agreed.Being the groom, I was very disappointed that our guests had been there almost 45 minutes without being served like they were supposed to so I asked the servers why they hadn't served the appetizers. They responded there were no appetizers in the order. At this point I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I showed them the receipt that showed the three different appetizer types we had ordered and paid for but they insisted that there were no appetizers in the order.When it was time to release each table for the main dish, they said the appetizers were there and were to be served as part of the main dish. As a result, not only did our guests wait with no food as I explained before but they were also served all the food at once causing there to be a full tray of left over food. This was wasted since the appetizers were not served as they were supposed to.To add to this, the presentation of the main dish was not done as agreed. We had asked for and confirmed (several times) that the chicken be served separately and on top of the pasta instead of it being mixed in with the pasta. And to rip it all off, I was served a very small portion of food. I don't know how everyone else's plates looked but if the groom's plate (mine) was disappointing, I can only imagine what our guests experienced. I uploaded a picture to this review of what my plate looked like immediately after they served it. I simply couldn't believe it.I had recommended this company after we got engaged to several people but will no longer be recommending them due to their lack of professionalism and poor service.

My experience renting out a barely booked kitchen space was ok. Thornhill employees were very amazing, caring, and helpful some of them not all. During my time there i kept getting stuff stolen from me, people kept bringing strangers in the kitchen when i wasn't there to look in my stuff which I seen may times on my camera. Another old nosey guy made it a habit to go look in my stuff daily and report to the owner like he was getting paid to watch me. The guy hated me being there because i was on the delivery platforms and the owner had issues with having updated locks on the doors which was unsafe for the tenants up until recently when he had new stuff installed. I had to leave my items in the kitchen because a shelf space wasn't available at the time when needed. I occured a balance which i took care of in full. When i would call up there to get my property before my tab was paid off Amy would not let me get my things due to her having to confirm with the owner Hensay. Per the contract it does not state if you have a tab uncleared your property would be held hostage. i then reached out to the owner Hensay who was very unprofessional and for the 2nd time he was disrespectful to me and was yelling. I then stopped communicating with him and started working with the people he call his team. When i then spoke with the manager Donald who is super cool and helpful he told me that the owner said I had to clear my tab before i could get my belongings. This was not in the contract due to my things being held hostage i had to trash my stuff once i finally got it because some of it went bad and i didnt no if anyone did anything harmful to my stuff and i couldnt sale any of it. I was informed tha the owner had alot on his plate which didnt mean he didn t have to be professional when speaking to me the last ime I texted him he then called me and told me he does not have to speak to me yet his employees are telling me i couldnt get my things under the owners order until my tab was paid off. After clearing my balance I attempted to lease the kitchen again and suffered a miscarriage the week of me leasing the kitchen out for the weekend i went to the kitchen friday and put my stuff in the kitchen for saturday which i was told i was ok to do so. Unfortantely i had to rush back to the hospital and when i returned monday my stuff i bought was stolen and i was told that the owner terminated me i reached out to let him no what was going on and i got no response i reached out again about my property being stolen and asked if it would be replaced seeing that he told me he would replace my items when my stuff was stolen the 1st time and he never did i still got no response. This is not a review to bash the company nor stop customers from conducting business with the company the employees are amazing but the owner Hensay was a nightmare from hell to work with.

The main meals were amazing. Fruit and cheese tray were awesome. The red skin potatoes and the vegetables were bland compared to our tasting. The empanadas weren't the same as what was sampled at the tasting either. The empanadas were very dry, made with a different crust and very little filling. The wait Staff were vary attentive. Took enitiative, they had the experience and training to know what to do. They were very well dressed and behaved amazingly. The pasta, rice and steak tips were perfect. The chicken was absolutely delicious.

Wonderful service and great tasting food. I went to try the catering food and didn't get to try my too items but I was sold based on what I tried. Everything was fantastic. Chicken was not tried. Rice was FLAVORFUL!! The brisket sauce was impeccable and even had the slightest kick. Can't wait to use them for future catering.
