dont order here unless you want to be given an attitude. pulled up to the speaker and wasnt even given a second to reply when i was told to order whenever i wanted followed by an "i guess" and a big of an attitude from a guy, our order was then taken by a young lady and when ordering our last combo, she gave us a big sigh. pulling up to the window we were given our drinks and the window being slammed immediately and was not given/offered a receipt. we ordered five combos but were only given two fries. before leaving we just decided to get a refund and return the food. while waiting, one of the workers poured out the drinks washed the cups and put them back into the dispensers (i assume to reuse them) he then proceeded to wash his hands in the drink area. this is so unsanitary who knows what else he was touching and the audacity to have an attitude not only at work but also towards customers is ridiculous. dont bring ur personal problems to work and/or just quit. 0/10 wont be shopping here again.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. ordered a Davis single through the drive-through. They gave me the wrong order single cheese sandwich.. took, came back to them, gave them back the wrong order instead of correcting my order they added lettuce, tomato to the single cheese and gave me back the sandwich. This is horrible. The beef patty and the single cheese is way smaller than the Davis and it’s totally different. I will never come back here again.

I come order the same thing all the time! Fresh single with salt but not salty xtra mayo and pickles no ketchup and no mustard! So because they were out of the salt the normally use despite me requesting this numerous of times, they gave me a bland burger straight from the cooler! No onions were on the burger which wasn’t a request! I went to give the burger back the the cashier at the drive thru told me that they don’t have salt it come presalted! Lol which I found funny because I was a shift manager at Wendy’s for 2 years! So I’m aware of what Wendy’s have and don’t have! He then told me they were out and that they could use the the packet salt which is fine I just don’t want a bland burger, I mean who does? He told me to keep the burger and they would remake another one! As I was pulling off he flagged me to stop and requested the burger back that he told me to keep, he said the manager by the name of reecy, reesey, or however it’s spelled told him to come back to ask for it lol OK so I waited another 5 minutes for my new burger, tried it, STILL NO SALT! So I sat here and wrote this review smh I guess it just depends on who is running this ship cause usually this Wendys and crew is everything amazing! Where is the crew that worked last night or the night before?

I politely told her I was just waiting for my ride and she says "Lance, wanna deal with this, before I put my hands on him". What a bunch of punks! That's south Garland/Lakeview for you.I can't wait to move back to the White Rock Dallas area. People are much more friendly and don't give you trouble. L

Lazy employees they like to close early. They advertise open till 2 AM. I pulled up to the drive-through at 1:33 AM. The girl came across the speaker and said that they were only accepting cards at this time for payment. I said that was fine I could pay with card she asked what would I like? I ordered, and then she forgot to take her hand off of the mic and I could hear voice in the background saying Tell him our system is Down are we going to clean this Again and will Be here Past 2 AM. I’m sure enough a second later, she says our system just went down. Tell you what else just went down the number of customers you got this is one person that will not be back that location again.

Typical f'n Wendy's like all of then. Burgers keep getting smaller, price keeps getting larger and the flavor dam near award winning. They are everything about the slogan. Quality is supreme over price and quantity. Dining area is very cozy and updated. Comfortable seating and quiet atmosphere despite all the open activity in the back and drive through area going bonkers. Overall I like this place!

Ordered a combo meal, paid for it and then when food was brought to me, after waiting for 10 min in parking spot, no drink, no frosty. Not a biggie, drive back through drive through and then was told they are out of soda, sorry. O and frosty machine is down. And then closes the window. Doesn’t offer a solution doesn’t offer a refund just we are out but thanks for your money. And then closes the window . Not sure why this location is even open any more it’s so horrible and everyone that works there hates the place and customers. Haven’t ever seen a happy person there or leaving there. We won’t ever be back.
