I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager MORGAN was very rude and continued to argue with me when I simply wanted a refund. I gave her back the food and told her it was not to my liking but she claimed since she gave me my food I was not entitled to a refund. The most unprofessional management I have come across yet. Unfortunately I departed with no food and no refund. I also requested a number to call corporate or a GM and she gave me a fake number. I will never come back to this location ever because the customer is always right and instead they have people in charge who want to disrespect paying customers and take their money and not offer any resolution.

This location is the worst location yet. Meal was cold, and the service was just terrible. The manager was Morgan, who was very uncooperative and overall just rude. I only wanted a refund since the food took 30 minutes to prepare, and after the food was given to me cold, she told me she doesn't have to give me a refund. Spoke with another location who told me this was not true and they were fully capable of refunding the customer. If this is your management you need new ones, because they are anything but customer friendly and are willing to lie just to move you along.

This company was sold in 2019 to a Chicago group. It's no longer a Texas chain.This is why you will find so many reviews of nostalgia, saying how good it use to be, and how it's become a horrible place to work and eat. I've seen this before with other companies- when a big purchase like this is made there is heavy push to maximize profits at the loss of what made a place truly desirable in the first place.You will not find the Whataburger you use to enjoy, here or any other place. I've consistently received poor service and cold food, poorly put together, thinking each time it was just an off day.Whataburger has become Whatadisaster. Find yourself a small independent burger joint, they are out there and will blow your mind. Instead of this place try Country Burger near FM 544, you can thumbs up this review after you taste it for yourself.

This location has went so far down hill. I paid for grilled jalapeños and extra mayo, did not have on burger, was wrote on receipt on bag. Cold burger, cheese not melted at all, fries cold, waited for 30 minutes for a single combo meal......... absolute joke!

This is a good WAB. I called ahead at midnight and they answered the phone to confirm that the lobby/diner is open 24hrs. This place was quiet. The cooks were polite and pretty fast for WAB. The jalapeño burger was delicious and the shake machine always works unlike the infamous Mc restaurants. I enjoyed my food and lazy time, then rode bikes on the many nice neighborhood sidewalk and pavement paths.Parking: Plenty of spaces at business and surrounding large parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard glass door with automatic hydraulic shutter, but flat entry path and decent restroom. The staff can help if you need assistance opening the main door. The booths are not specialized but some have removable single chairs.

Usually I have only positive things to say about this Whataburger. However, tonight we went through the drive thru and it was an awful experience. We waited for over 10 minutes for our order while multiple cars were served that ordered after us. Really not pleased with our experience tonight.

The young lady who took our order and brought it to the table was very helpful and courteous. The store was clean. Our hamburgers were barley edible, the meat was dry tasteless and barley warm. Our food was ready in about 3 minutes, it was not fresh. We didn't finish the burgers. This place use to serve great burgers. Not sure what happened.

What can I say other than what everyone already knows about it’s great reputation. This one is located off Rowlett Rd. And Pleasant Valley. It was noon and not too busy but every single staff member there was absolutely friendly and courteous, from the gentleman picking up the parking lot trash to the young order taker. Smiles and acknowledgements go a long way and helps me forget about all the anger in these times.
