Someone there did not washed their hands or they were not paying attention to how to handle chicken because on this past Friday I ordered a 10 piece and ended up the next day having food poisoning. I know it was from this location because that was the only thing I had to eat This place is unsafe and retrain on how to handle chicken. I don’t know if my food was undercooked or someone mix raw chicken juice with sauce or something but at this time I did not trust this location.Parking: Park is very limited if you have a big order during the daytime you will be OK but also as well there is security that rise around for safety purpose. If you have a big order at night try your best to stay close to the building. Do not try walking very far With a big order to your car at night time it can be very dangerous

The food was good.When I went there was an employee sweeping the parking spot in front of the door and wouldn’t move so I can park. Only spot open. Had to park rather far and it was an inconvenience. Turns out he was holding the parking spot for ANOTHER employee to park there. The employee that had parked there was in an overpriced Nissan (Infiniti) . Terrible customer service for doing this.

So I ordered wings to be delivered and I was so disappointed ? in my order. I ordered lemon pepper Wing and cowboy lemon pepper and they weren't fresh and they were so dry. I couldn't eat them had no sauce for comfort ? the only thing that was eatable was the fries (how is it the fries ? were still hot but the chicken wasn't ?. No more ordering for me....

I sent my wife to get my delivery we had placed beforehand because we know holidays are busy. Not only do we respect the hard work and service, food service places put in but this restaurant in particular was just… I mean I saw them shut the door on my wife’s face as she waited outside in the cold rain to get the food. They weren’t letting anybody in at 8:00Pm which is when I had my pickup ready. They close at 10. I placed my order at 6:35Pm. On that note it’s fine but the man that received us at the door was rudely speaking to my wife in an annoyed manor while rolling his eyes. Apart from the disrespect the food was cold and just tossed in the bag. There was only 2 bags left waiting. They closed early with the half ahh food. Crazy.

horrible wingstop location i ordered my fries to be extra crispy and extra seasoning and they didn’t so either!! and when i went to pick up my food there was nobody attending the cash register when there where a group of dumb looking men standing around the kitchen talking nonsense and just looking, nobody helped me till a nice young lady came the register.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!i hope this location gets shut down

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in this wing stop at 1130, tried to order and was refused service because they had so many orders online. I went back to my vehicle, tried to place an order online and was having trouble. Went back inside to talk to the manager, and the staff on duty tried arguing with me, saying that I came in at 11:46, and they all laughed at me. I’m sorry if I sound like a Karen, but had to voice this because my experience here was NOT ONLY horrible, but extremely embarrassing. You guys have a closing time for a reason, if you stop taking orders at 11:30, then please change your closing time to that.

I don’t know why I keep giving this wing stop a chance lol. Every time I order from here it’s usually around night time and by Uber eats or door dash because I work night shift from home. The sauce is always half way on the wings as if they tossed it once and put it in the basket, the fries are either soggy or super hard. I usually go to the wing stop on Samuel but I moved close by Centerville so that’s the only one I can order from. I thought maybe it’s because I order through doordash so I tried ordering for pickup through the website. I usually wait 30-35 minutes even though the website would say 25 minute wait but when I get there the food is never ready. They’ll say 5 more minutes but 5 minutes turn into 10 and 10 turn into 15. This is by far the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. I’ll waste the gas and drive to Samuel from now on.
