Continues to be the worst service ever. We have been there several times within the ladst month trying to give it "one more try". Each time we are dissatisfied with the service in the drive thru. After you wait and wait and wait in line and you finally get to the speaker to place your order and you wait again for someone to acknowledge that you are there and you're ready to order your 2 chocolate shakes and they come back to say, "were out of chocolate ". Drive thru tonight for a treat and BR ice cream doesn't disappoint. Product is not the issue here! Waffle cone with 2 scoops was the order we shared - why get a cup when you can share a cone? Plus even bigger splurge for a couple pints to take home - yeah! Heaven on earth ice cream friends! Service is always a question mark at this store with drive thru - sometimes when they are supposed to be open nobody ever appears or responds.
