Went for dinner with the family tonight, Cristal was our server and hands down the WORST service I have ever received!! Messed up mine and my kids order, we ended up waiting 20 minutes after my hubby got his food, she didn’t check on our table and when she did and we asked for something she still avoided us and walked off as we were speaking to her (we asked her 3x) and she still didn’t get anything we asked for. She overcharged our table and we asked her to fix it, still was not done. We sat and waited to pay for an hour, she would look at our table then turn around and leave. Sad part, it wasn’t even busy. I’m disgusted with Cristal’s service. By far the worst service I’ve ever had.

Buffalo wild wings- Georgetown is a terrible location ever encountered. Food, customer service is below low grade. They will accept online order and when went to location they would inform they are closed without even cancelling the order. Instead of maintaining like this, they should permanently close. HORRIBLE!

Worse Buffalo, I perfer the one in Temple as everytime I go to the Georgetown Buffalo Wild Wings, its a awful experience. Stupid me wanted to take my kids out for dinner after their district track meet. They wanted BWW should of went somewhere else. They always have the sides of the dining table closed before 9am, forcing you to sit on the high tables, even if you tell them you have injury that you can't. Out of drinks before 9am. Food took forever. It's been over an hour and still wanting for dinner. RidiculousThis has been on ongoing issue. When are you going to fix this branch!!!

I don’t give a 1 star review often if ever, but this BWW was terrible. We sat at our table for almost 15 minutes before anyone walked up. At that point we were told no one wanted to serve our table. I had just started ordering through my phone cause no one else seemed like they wanted to help us. We got 4 total visits from our server which changed multiple times. I couldn’t find anyone to ask for more napkins so I had to go to the bathroom to clean my hands and face from the wings. The water was scolding hot and was burning my hands which made it difficult to get them clean. I warned my son and he came back saying his hands were hurting from the temperature. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Terrible service and the food wasn’t up to the standard BWW typically is.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM, eager to indulge in their renowned wings. However, upon checking in with the receptionist, I was informed of a wait time of 10-15 minutes. Despite my patience, the wait stretched to 30 minutes before I was finally seated at 7:30 PM. It took an additional 15 minutes for the server to take my order, and by the time my food arrived at 8:05 PM, I couldn't help but feel disappointed. The 12 wings I ordered were not only delayed but also poorly cooked. Overall, it was a truly unsatisfactory experience that left much to be desired.

only 25% occupied you still have to wait for 40 mins to get to table, 30 mins for taking order and 40 mins to get the order, by that time nothing tastes good, understand if its busy, now where close to busy , only 25% occupied, i think you shouild not vissit any of BWW , all of them have no staff, so not how they are running, cedar park location is more terrible, please avoid , i think this is the last time i will go to any BWW, they are going down hill every where , no staff , and wait for eternity
