“What a beautiful concept. Great space, good labor, and a sweet atmosphere. I saw this place and wanted to visit months ago. Just today, I had the chance. I had breakfast, the parfait with the Big biscuit with jam and an Americano. I bought a pair of eco-friendly shades, and visited the "what looks like" a green house, but it's just the extension of the shopping area where I bought my dear friend a gift. They have opportunities to volunteer and spread the world. It's important to support local businesses but also get involved in the community and give your time for something that brings love and kindness to others. I'm glad I know about this place. Thank you for opening businesses like this!“
“Food looked good but I did not eat anything because I was a here to pick up an order. Can’t judge the atmosphere either because I came as they were closing, at 3pm. The staff member that took my customers order was amazing, understanding, and kind. The world needs more people like her. The reminder of the staff showed great customer service to the remaining customers finishing up their meals. They were working hard to get the restaurant clean, etc.Parking: You will have to walk a bit if the street parking around it is taken.“
“My husband and I were in the area and stopped by to listen to Katherine Raey discussing her latest book, "The Berlin Letters". I have read quite a lot and can't believe I didn't know about Katherine. She was very interesting, intelligent and seemed to love research-I don't get that ;o) I got the book and am looking forward to my first by Katherine. The Lark & Owl was very cool. We chatted with one of the owners as we were leaving and learned a bit about the place. She did a wonderful question/answer with Ms. Raey and we've been to a few. Wish we lived closer. I would find a reason to visit often.“
“Wonderful place that has such kind service. Went for lunch with a friend from the area and it’s just so great. The food is very homestyle and comforting. I highly recommend the quiche Lauraine! Overall a very casual yet charming experience.“
“Just Love is our go-to coffee shop in Georgetown! The Campfire is my favorite, hands down. The gluten-free muffins are delicious! My kids love the strawberry and Nutella waffles. So yummy! We always look to see if Kylie is working! She's so sweet, always smiling, and extra attentive! They also keep games on hand so you can spend time with family or friends just hanging out. Great atmosphere!“
“The fact that I am not a local and all of the services are available to me. I find amazing. I literally travel from heights to this location to use their private rooms when I need to study. I even bring my kid to this library for their story times and etc. Is there just so much natural light that comes into this building? So many amazing people and staff members that are in this building on a daily.I have never tried the food in their cafe but I probably should the next time I'm in there.Parking: There's parking on both sides of the library. Sam's parking spots you will have to parallel park and others are just normal parking.Kid-friendliness: I feel like the fact that it's a library it speaks for itself. Yes, it's kids friendly. They have a whole section dedicated to just kids book, story time, toys and etc.Wheelchair accessibility: There is definitely wheelchair accessibility.“
“The barista today working the mobile orders early am made my day! She motivated me to be more nice at work ?. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!I ordered my drinks to the wrong Georgetown Starbucks… I just went running and woke up at 5am before work today so I was a little winded and out of it… the barista made my drinks within 5 mins and told me not to worry about it. Wish I had cash on me to tip her. Give her a raise! She was so kind and so swift!! She was juggling customers walking into stores, the drive thru and mobile orders.“
“Watch me go to this restaurant the first time I don't want to cook breakfast. Absolutely fantastic service from the employees and the place gives a really chill vibe. I really enjoyed having a conversation with the server and he was pretty quick on coffee refills. The Tri-athlete breakfast combo is a great choice for anyone that wants something a bit more healthier than fried eggs and bacon. The mushrooms and veggies were sauteed to perfection and the variety of fruit was fantastic.“
“Dakota was awesome! He helped me to get coffee within my low-budget price point, and even introduced me to the "café ole" experience.I came to work remotely and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, and free refills.I'll definitely be back, and hopefully early enough to taste the food, too! (It looked wonderfully delicious)“
“I had the chicken salad, and my sister had the BLT. Both were amazing! I love that they have so many gluten-free options. I was there with several friends, and everyone LOVED their meals! Also, the sweet young man serving us was amazing. He put up well with some silly old ladies, even though we teased him so badly. He took it well and did a great job! The place is adorable, too. I loved how cozy it was. We sat upstairs, and it felt like we had our own room. I will definitely go back.“
