Honestly the tastiest chicfila I’ve been to in a while. Most chicfilas are good, but this one crafted my meal perfectly. I also got free nuggets from the app at this location! You are my beloved, Chicfila.

What can I say that everyone doesn’t already know?! The chicken is always delicious, their waffles fries are the best and the tea is delicious! Service is always fast, friendly and courteous. I have started using the App and I love it!

Whenever I order nuggets, there's almost always at least three nuggets missing. My drink is usually filled up halfway and the sauces are NEVER in there. It's just kinda disappointing.

Very slow experience. Plan to sit in line for > 30 min. Not the employees fault. With the amount of business this location seems to do they might as well open a 2nd location somewhere close.Update: since the remodel the customer service has gone downhill. Might be the worst run (efficiency wise) chickfil in the state.

Here's the thing, this is strike 2 at this location. It started when I made a mobile order and waited 20 minutes because they misplaced my order and took it to their drive thru section instead of bringing it to me.Today, I order my usual grilled nuggets with a Cobb salad and a diet sunjoy. I don't think my drink is diet for starters but the main issue is that I received fried nuggets when I ordered grilled.I'm new to the area and this is my closest location but they are making it very hard towant to return and keep ordering here.Listen kids that are now working, it takes 5 seconds or less to thoroughly READ an order to make sure you got it right! Yes the service is supposed to be fast but don't forget efficiency is key as well!Thank you, I hope we have a better outcome next time!
Always friendly staff, generally fast and the food is fresh and tasty. Occasionally, salad dressing and toppings aren't included in the bag. I recently asked for the chicken on my salad to be on the side. When the girl who took my order didn't make a note and didn't repeat the order back correctly, I requested chicken on the side a second time, but when I got home the chicken was all in the salad. I'm vegetarian but I still order their chicken salad. I ask for it on the side so I can bring it home as a treat for my dog.
It's your typical Chick-fil-A. I only stop when the kiddos are begging for it. I've never understood the obsession with this franchise. Expect a long wait in line that does not move very fast. I've never had to not wait in line. The line is always ridiculous.The customer service is generally good, but I have had a few "unfriendlys" at this location, so nothing major there. The food is Chick-fil-A food, so not much to say there, but they have never got our order wrong. I find them rather expensive as well.If you want Chick-fil-A, this one is worth stopping, but expect a wait.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.

I never want to pick on CFA, however, they are consistently filling their fruit cups with 1/2 of what should be in there. The chicken biscuits are very hit or miss. Either you get a phenomenal tasting biscuit that came straight out of the oven or a stale biscuit and Luke warm chicken breast that has obviously been sitting around a while. CFA is starting get phased out in our home. We have spent literally thousands over the years, but it’s just not the same. Owner operators are relying to heavily on the brand to pull people in and not enough on the quality. I believe that if CFA was a brand new brand and operated this way, they would be just another Burger King.
