Cookies are always good, but unfortunately the customer service and company policy is poor. I ordered a box of 12 cookies, but wanted the cookies to be put in 2 boxes of six each. They required that I pay for 2 boxes of six to put them in two boxes, rather than being able to pay for the 12 cookie package. Bazaar and not common sense. Too bad they cant literally think outside of the box and make you feel weird for requesting it.

I went to the Georgetown location. I ordered online and got there within 5mins. I waited another 5mins in my car since I did curbside pick up. It was quick and easy and they were very friendly! My daughters pink sprinkle cookie was fresh and warm. It surprised us at how amazing it was!
