The dos salsas (red and green) brought to the table were nice and spicey. Chips were thin and crispy. Great start. I got the Chili Rellenos with beef. The Rellenos was good, but the best thing on the plate were the refried beans. My Poblanos was tough... maybe it was too old? but it was thick and hard to chew. It has a good taste though and the sauce smothering it was smokey. I would try them again if we pass through town a second time.

We’ve been going to the original Dos Salsas Mexican restaurant in Georgetown for years! And we live down in ATX! It’s worth the drive! Its that good!

I wouldn't recommend Dos Salsas. My experiences there haven't been great. When I walked up to the place, I saw oil spilling onto the sidewalk, which made me question the cleanliness of the whole place. The first time I went, it was okay, but the second time was just plain disappointing. The only thing I kinda liked was the tortilla soup, but it was odd to see the same tortillas in the soup as in my basket. The tacos, though? Horrible! I tried to eat them, I really did, but they were just so bad. The beef fajita tasted burnt and had a weird mushy texture. It was honestly indescribable. I don't even think it would be considered to be beef fajita, it was some mystery meat that they decided to use instead. It was almost like old charred Carne Asada. I couldn't finish any of it, they were that bad. Although I have to admit, the service was okay. But it can't ever make up for the food that you're gonna get guaranteed. I don't think I'll go back to Dos Salsas... If I want something nearby, I'd rather grab some Little Caesars pizza across the street. Even if it's been sitting there for a while. It's gotta be better than what I had at Dos Salsas. Trash!

Dos Salsas was always the first place we would take my sweet sister when we'd fly in to visit her and so after she passed on from a lengthy illness - it seemed appropriate to treat our family with a catered meal from one of her favorite restaurants. I contacted the restaurant and had the pleasure of speaking with Senor Elias Izar - who was kind, helpful and extraordinarily accommodating with my catering request. The food was hot, reasonably priced and I just could not have asked for a more perfect meal for our family, as we said farewell to a wonderful woman. Gracias Senor Izar y al maravilloso personal Dos Salsas!!!
