Food here has been excellent every time! You have to pay for chips and salsas but it’s only a few dollars and SO worth it! I could drink their green sauce. Nice ambiance and lovely patio seating. It does get busy though so be prepared to wait or get some drinks at the bar.
El Monumento is a beautiful restaurant that serves good Mexican food. They have seating inside and outside in a courtyard or on a patio. This place looks incredible. The decor and layout is authentic and beautiful and the design aesthetically looks amazing. Definitely top notch! The food is good and we had the barbacoa street tacos, tortilla soup and the kids had the quesadilla and an enchilada. Until recently, we have given five star ratings across the board.Now however we have noticed a decline in some of the food quality.For example, the chips used to be light and free from noticeable grease. On every recent trip however, the chips glisten with grease are darker in color and leave our hands with grease residue.
