This is, by far, my favorite location in the Austin area. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and they are hyper cognizant of keeping CLEAN! A member inadvertently handed my drink to someone else. She took it and then handed it back. That member then started to give my drink to me when the manager stopped him and said, "No, make her a new one. That person touched her drink." This is my kind of place. ✨️

Burger was ok. I guess normal burger here is double patty. We shared it and still barely finished it. We got the cajun fries and it was too much spice for us. The food is fresh and hot. Service was great. Just seems pricey. It was more than 20 a person unless you get small.

This place is always a safe bet. The burgers are huge and loaded with toppings. It's very consistent and never had a bad burger here. They are on the pricey side, but when you need a huge burger, this is a good bet. Fries are also very big portions and usually overflowing in the bag, easily shareable. While it's not my favorite place for a burger it is always good and a very convenient spot and better than most.
Walked in and they were very rude and loud about closing in 15min and complaining about it and they still had customers sitting and eating. Would never recommend this place to anyone check out Carl’s Jr next door to

The food is always good, however a place that charges almost $20 for a burger combo you’d think the bathrooms wouldn’t be falling apart and the soda machines would work properly.

This place is awful, they can't even get a simple order right. It's like they don't even try. I guess that's what you get, when you have a bunch of children working there. I asked for a Cheeseburger with Mayo and Ketchup only... pretty simple. Must not have been, because they gave me. A Cheeseburger with Ketchup and mustard. For some odd reason, they always do this. Like how lazy can you be. I don't hate five guys, but I HATE this location.

My husband and i went into Five Guys to get a hamburger. We ordered our hamburger and fries and was ready to enjoy our meal. We asked for pepper for our fries and the guy frying the burgers said they were out. I'm thinking this is a hamburger place and they have no pepper. WowWe then decided to take our order home to eat. The fries were extremely salty that we had to throw them away. Definitely do not recommend eating there. We both had a horrible experience.
