Chocolates were expensive, but we thought they were high quality. Brought them home and they were old and turning white on the bottoms. Chocolate and sweets are better and way cheaper at the grocery store.

My husband and I LOVE Kilwins! The place is super clean for starters, and the chocolate is delicious. Never have had a bad experience. Definitely our favorite place on the square to grab something sweet!

Fudge is old, crumbly and stale with no flavor. Chocolate Oreos are fine but mostly due to the Oreo. Chocolate caramel pecans are bland. Overall not great and overpriced. Skip it and go somewhere else.

The employees Remington and Katrina were extremely welcoming and friendly! The ice cream was delicious! It was a little pricey but the customer service made up for it.

I used to have good memories of Kilwin’s!Unfortunately this location sucks. We got fudge that was inedible - you had to break it off and it crumbled. Since we paid $28 for 3 slices, I returned 5min later to get fresh fudge. The employees informed me there was no fresh - it was all old. (Which was to be left for the next customer, I guess.) The employee refunded it upon my request - no offer to, no apology, no would you like something else. Zero customer service seems to be the norm now, sad. So an overpriced chocolate shop with, no friendly vibes and inedible fudge? Hard pass!

They sell chocolate and ice cream. I don't care if the employees say 1 word to me, I just came for the chocolate. And to have it right down the street? Protect this place at all costs.

My family and I were in New Orleans, and besides all the amazing things there, we found this amazing ice cream place called Kilwins. Went there every day and enjoyed their delicious ice creams. We were surprised when we found out that they have a branch here in Georgetown,TX.Came here three weeks ago, and one of the fridges was broken, so only half of the flavors were available. There are two employees, and none of them said hi or anything. The older lady looked bothered that people were getting in the store, I guess. The younger lady was nicer. Well, after being disappointed, we couldn't get our favorite flavors, but something else instead said by and left. A few days ago, I happened to be there with my daughter and niece and thought, by now, the fridge is fixed, so I got the girls and stopped by. The same dead atmosphere when we got in, same employees and the older lady still looked angry and not a greeting or anything. Now, besides the one fridge still being broken, they had only half the flavors on the good fridge. I don't understand how business can run like this in this beautiful town. I'm very disappointed and definitely not stepping here again. There are plenty of amazing ice cream stores around.

As much as I love kilwins , they have a certain staff who makes the experience miserable . I went in to ask about my job application and she told me she didn't know anything I was asking her , which was suspicious since she was the manager . I came in the next day and she told me another story , so she obviously did

Looks like a cute candy shop with ice cream bar. Very well laid out and looks delicious, but the quality is horrible. Stale truffles, dried out cordials and bland half melted ice cream. Got ice cream for four people and a couple of chocolates and it was over $60. This place is a scam. Stay away. There are many better options. I wish we would have just paid for restaurant desserts it would have been better and more affordable.

Came here as part of a Christmas Stroll event - they were one of the sponsoring local businesses. It's nice to see how well Georgetown is keeping the character of the square and how the locally-owned stores are giving back to the community.

The chocolate products are good, a little overpriced. Same for the ice creams, however, we got a nice dessert and a little gift for a friend. I gave it a 1 star because of the service. A young girl was taking really good care of the family in front of us, but when it was our turn, she just became unfriendly and avoided eye contact. We tried ordering a Sunday and she decided not to answer to us, so her coworker came to help us. Ten seconds later the young girl is serving the next family (a white family) with a big smile, explaining the products, etc. I finally understood that she didn't like that we're an interracial family and couldn't help it but being racist. That girl shouldn't be in customer service period and it reflects very poorly on this company.

Finally made it to our desert destination!! Soon as you enter, the air is inundated with the smell of chocolate and heaven!!! A true confectionary, chocolate treats galore!! Service was fast and relatively friendly. I tried their kilwin tracks while the a Bean played out safe with s as commie dough ice cream. Both were pretty awesome. We took ours to go to enjoy a stroll through the square.
