I just placed an order on line about 6:38 p.m for “Delivery” but once the payment went through the receipt said “pickup.” I immediately called the store to inform them of the issue and the MANAGER told me to cancel the order.I asked how to cancel the order and he repeatedly YELLED at me, I don’t know, I’m swamped and I can’t help you. I asked for the manager and he YELLED, “I am the manager” and hung up in my face.He never even asked my name or order number…..The pizza was never picked up because it was supposed to be delivery. So my money was spent, but no food and no refund and beyond unacceptable customer service from the MANAGER!How do you not know how to cancel an order made online through your site as a MANAGER?I was a faithful customer through Uber Eats but decided to order from the site today. I WILL NEVER eat at a Mod’s Pizza anywhere in the world ever again because of the beyond rude customer service from the MANAGER. I honestly just can’t get over it. It was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I’ve never experienced such behavior in my life…… His behavior was down right ridiculous.

About the only pizza we will order anymore because they have almost anything you can put on a ? and I like those anchovies .The staff is friendlyThe first time we ordered a thick crust - it was kind off chewy and could cook a little longerThe green peppers stayed rawThe corn kernels were hard - not the best kindI made one mistake - burned my mouth with that serano pepper ?Never again ? had to pull them all off.

Great pizza and customer service. This is a very well run store. I had never tried bbq sauce on a pizza till they talked me into it. I was floored how good it was. They have killer cesar salad too.

On Friday, January 26th my partner and I had the most amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The service was top-notch thanks to the wonderful Jill and Rowan !!! Both Jill and Rowan made us feel so welcome, & kept great conversation with such joy, even though we showed up just before closing time. They were super friendly and helpful. And let's talk about the pizza... it was perfection! The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were on point. Rowan even recommended the hot honey sauce and now I can’t get enough !!! I can't recommend this place enough! 5 stars all the way! ?? again, Thank you Rowan and for the amazing service & your hard efforts don’t go unrecognized!! We will be back :)

Went to the Wolf Ranch MOD Pizza for the first time yesterday. We’ve been to many other MOD pizzas. They did a great job as the pizza was topped perfectly and cooked nicely as well. Service was quick and friendly not much more you can ask for. Well, except for the marionberry lemonade, which is awesome.

Love the pizza been going to mods for years, but there's a bigger guy making the pizzas who has the WORST attitude. If you ask for extra anything he huffs and puffs and acts like he hates his job. Another employee had to come in and tried to teach him but he was just getting an atitude he visibly stresses out the other employees. This guy should not be working in customer service.

The pizza was good but I just wish the guy in the front who's putting the toppings will spread it evenly. Some of the slices don't even have toppings on it.
