I ordered two southwest sandwiches to go. I was number 3 on the screen. My order kept getting pushed back because I wasn't a dine in so about thirty minutes later I received my order.I was very upset.

I am not a big fan of Panera. I ate here with my dad recently. It is confusing to pace an order. You do it by kiosk only. To get to the pay option on the kiosk is also confusing. They do not bring your food to you. You have to make sure to listen carefully for your number to be called. If you need anything extra, there is no one to ask. There is no one refilling drinks. I just find the whole experience off-putting. This is not a place for me, I am not a fan. The food is just okay. For the price I'd rather go to a sitdown restaurant or chill fil a.Parking: The parking lot shares a drive through with 2 other fast food chains..it can be dangerous to drive through there so be careful.

Unfortunately Panera has, imo, gone downhill considerably the last few years. $7 for a tiny half sandwich that was mostly lettuce & did not have the avocado that was part of the recipe.. The pastry was near flavorless. This location is iffy whether it will be clean when you walk in, but this day it was better than others I've stopped by. I do love their soups and breadbowls, and will probably limit my orders to just that from now on, as the sandwiches & pastries have become very disappointing. Ordered the turkey avocado sandwich and chicken rice soup, & blueberry scone.

Staff was friendly and cheerful. This is one of the best Panera's we have been to. RecommendVegetarian options: You can pick many selections and have them made without meat.
Soup always too salty, too salty Greek salad. My salad had a foreign food particle.

Food was wrong, missing ingredients on my sandwich. ALL the tables were dirty. My food was ready and left at the counter without them calling out my name or ringing the caller. Would give it 0 stars if possible.
