This was our first time here. Place looked very clean and inviting. The servers were very polite and attentive.Unfortunately the food was subpar, the ribs were a bit tough, the pulled pork was mushy, the sausage was good. Sides were ok-ish. Unfortunately both of us got sicker than a dog about an hour after we left. Not worth the money but atmosphere was nice.

Sadly I ordered online so had no idea what I was getting. I went to pick it up, kid behind the counter just nods at me. I pick up my order, get to the hotel, and what I got was dry sausage, even drier brisket. I'd post a picture but I threw the food away. Oh, and no plasticware so even if it was edible, I'd have to eat with my hands. Hard to believe the Chipotle down the street has better food and service.Best $20 spent to find out never to come back to this place.

We ordered the loaded baked potato with sliced brisket. It was good. Avoid the tea. It did not taste fresh.

Y'all have gone way downhill. We used to think you were the best place around for great bbq and sides. But the last couple of times we've eaten at your Georgetown location, we've just been underwhelmed. Your bbq is just OK, maybe a 6 on a 10 scale. Not horrible but certainly not special. I'd expect about the same out of a bag of pre-cooked bbq in the H-E-B meat department. Your green-bean casserole was mush. Your baked-potato casserole was dry and bland with a layer of rubbery cheese on top. The sides were barely warm. Your serving line was really slow in your new layout with the order taker having to stop and chop the meat and pass it on to the next server. This works so-so when your help is fast. But today, it was slow-mo. You serve the bbq on flimsy paper, not heavy butcher paper, and the sides in flimsy cartons. The paper quickly starts to deteriorate and become part of the bite of food you're about to eat. For the prices you charge, I expect real dishes – like you used to use. And on top of everything else, your prices. Good gravy y'all are expensive now. I know prices have gone up everywhere (thanks, Biden), but you seem to have taken that concept and run with it. If your food were truly outstanding as it once was, I'd give you a pass. But seriously, $12 for a super spud is just crazy. The pork loin dinner at $12 and the Pok-e-to Plate at $12.50 were barely tolerable price-wise but again, just blah on the food. We are sad to see y'all have gone downhill as have so many businesses in the last three years.

Tiny portions for the price. It was good but not worth the price. They slice the tiniest slices and weight it on a scale...I should have known then lolNot worth $50

Stopped in at 11:51AM for lunch. There were only three customers in the restaurant. Was immediately greeted at the counter by a very friendly staff. Ordered the brisket sandwich, peach cobbler and sweet tea. When paying the point of sale computer asks for a tip despite any waitstaff. Definitely had an pressure obligated vibe when paying. *Personally I am becoming bitter towards this trend, however, the staff was friendly so I tipped 10%. Another interesting charge in the receipt was a “Non Cash Adjustment “ for $0.51, an unknown charge. My total bill was $19.36 which was expensive for the size of the sandwich. The brisket itself was very dry as was the bun having a stale crust as if it was in an open bag for an extended time. Overall not a very good combination making it very dry, even with extra sauce. The peach cobbler was good, a large portion and the teas was good as well. Overall the food was average at best, the staff was very nice but it wasn’t a $19.36 lunch experience. There are better options which may be why there were only three other customers in the restaurant. During the 30 minutes at lunch on a Thursday no other customers came in to the establishment.

Expensive and now charges a fee for paying with a card. No thanks!

The spicy BBQ sauce was very good. The beef was pretty good but really was hoping for burst of flavor, coleslaw was very bland. Nice people there, but definitely too pricey for the food. Thought it was garlic texas toast we got, but could not taste any garlic so maybe I read it wrong. A bit disappointed on the overall meal that cost close to 40 with a tip.
