I go to this place every week, and I always order my bowl... I have seen how they change staff constantly (which doesn't bother me), but today I felt a little disappointed, the amount in my bowl was less than what they always give me … and I asked if it was the usual amount and the boy was happy “yes” … I have been shopping there for months and they have never given it to me in half. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but it's not even the promotional photo of the açai that looks like that.

The gentleman running the store today on. 3/6/2024 at 11:20am was incredible! He had 8 customers come in at once and patiently helped each one with kindness and attention! And he was all ALONE. Servicing everyone with a smile!At 11:45 am he had 3 online pick ups coming in and had also managed his customers well!I REALLY HOPE HE GETS RECOGNIZED TODAY FOR HIS HARD WORK ETHIC!He performed well!!!! I’ve worked many years retain and service and know how stressful this situation alone can be in a span of 20 minutes!!Sam IS AWESOME!!!!

The lady inside was amazing and of course our smoothies were as expected spectacular, however, when we were looking at the Google directions, it told us to go towards Best Buy. It took us over 10 minutes to find this location. I’m assuming it’s because there use to be a firehouse subs that use to reside in the building that it is in now, so if the owners could please fix the directions on the Google Maps that would be great. I also suggested an edit as well to the correct address. Hopefully that gets corrected soon

Came in today to get a bowl and no one said one thing to me when I walked in, fine. Stood by the counter to order for 6 mins. One employee in his phone the entire time- never looking up. One was walking around. And one making a drink. The young man finally walked to take my order- while in his phone still. He looked up and said NOTHING. Just looked at me to order. When I asked a question about the app- he said “I have no idea” and just starred at me. I love smoothie king, I love small businesses but this customer service was one of the worst I’ve had in Georgetown. Bowl- was a 6/10.

I literally, ordered my smoothie in advance per usual and came here 3 times a week but, the last two weeks' service had been terrible, and this past two weeks I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order and been late to work.

i placed an order online and the pickup was automatically set to 7:51 pm, i walked up to the door at 7:45 pm and the door was locked. manager said she didn’t know she locked the door, im sorry but how do you not know you locked a door? got my açaí bowl and by the time i got to the car it was already melted. really disappointing! wont be returning any time soon. the one on palm valley is better.

Literally no one but one customer who had already been helped. Somehow I had to wait 10 minutes before I was even greeted. Definitely will never come to the restaurant, I guess you have to the a lighter shade of skin color in order to receive proper customer service. Not even a simple I am sorry for the wait! Please do better!! Your customers should matter as they keep your lights on.

I love smoothie king, especially now that they carry smoothie bowls!!! I first experienced a smoothie bowl in Aruba at Eduardos Shack...it was amazing and I was so ecstatic to come back and see SK had brought them out. Never disappointed
