I’m a regular here, 9 times out of 10 I have a great experience, a few members of the staff here even make sure to run a treat out for my dog which is above and beyond customer service in my opinion. I always place my order on the app so I know everything is correct! Today, the app wasn’t working and whoever took my order placed it as medium drinks instead of large. Georgetown sonic is ALWAYS packed but every time I have gone there the food is super fresh and the staff is always so nice. They always bring a treat for my Great Dane Riley and are not pushy like at other Sonics I’ve been to. It can be a wait some times but it’s totally worth it.
