Shelby was so sweet and helpful! Came for my birthday drink and wanted to try something new and she was all for it! She just had a warm fuzzy atmosphere about her! Thank you Shelby! Best service we have ever had!
I'm noticing an overwhelming amount of 1-star reviews for my beloved Starbucks, with many pointing fingers at their customer service. Perhaps those quick to slam the establishment could benefit from projecting a bit of kindness themselves, and in turn, receive a warmer welcome.I've been a regular at this Starbucks for nearly a year, visiting a couple of times a week, and I can confidently say that I have never had a negative customer experience. I can't give Starbucks 5 stars for food because they have so few menu items for vegetarians and even fewer for vegans. For a chain that markets so heavily to hipsters I am mystified by this failure. That said, I do like their impossible sandwich, cinnamon coffee cake, and some others. Prices in general are too high for those of us who live on fixed incomes.I like the people who work here.
